I watched last night till the end of Amy Winehouse's preformance and couldn't keep my eyes open any more. Someone asked me today who I thought did the worst and honestly I couldn't choose all the preformances were good. I want Paramore and Taylor Swift to have a tie for Best New Artist though. oh well Amy deserved it!

I know. She won tons of awards. Taylor Swift should have won Best New Artist, IMHO. My dad and I kept on talking about Amy Winehouse. IMHO, her songs suck. I don't think she even deserved all of those awards.. I'm not very fond of her..let's just say that.

The Grammys were just sad. Amy Winehouse beat Paramore for best new artist and the Foo Fighters beat Bruce Springsteen for best rock album. Not very cool.

Hey. I'm not bashing him. I'm just saying that he knew going in that there's a time allotment for everyone's acceptance speech. There is at every awards ceremony, that's what the music is for. Somebody went over their time at the CMAs two years ago and the program had to cut short like...two seconds into Kenny Chesney accepting Artist of the Year. All you heard was "Wow. I-" mic cut out.

I'll sympathize with Kanye for just losing his mom. That sucks. But it's not excuse to just keep talking. Death isn't a free pass to ignore the rules. And he's been doing that whole "I'm underapreciated as an artist" thing for years. I don't like him in general and I think his songs are overrated. But to tell the production guys (who have the show planned to a 't') to shut off the music is just kinda rude not only to them, but to whoever might have their speech cut short.

in show biz there are things that happen on the spur of the moment and good produces plan for that. thats ******** thaty last year that guy fot cut off cause they could easily extend the show into the next time slot and bump everything back a few mins.
