Anyone here watch The Good Wife last night? I thought the show was great, there are so many stories going on and it's very well written and acted. I thought the scene with Chris Noth and Julianna in the bathroom was HOT!

We watch all the time. We couldn't believe that scene. Kind of caught us by surprize!!

It is a great show, very good story lines & acting!

Yes, this...it reminded me of one of his scenes in SATC.

Me too! She is such a well written/acted female lead character.
I also am hoping for a very interesting season/storyline for Kalinda.

Why are all the good shows on the same night? I'm having a hard time keeping up with everything I want to watch and our DVR is acting up!

I thought the new season wasn't starting for a couple more weeks. I'll have to watch it on-line as it's one of my favorite returning shows.

I watched last night for the first time ever! Intriguing but man was I lost! I will absolutely start watching regularly though. Thought it was was very interesting and entertaining even if I'm not familiar with the story line...yet!

Background - Happily Married (or so she thinks) living high life in very expensive house/neighborhood. SAHM with DH is head Prosecutor (elected). He is brought down in a HUGH sex(guilty)/drug(innocent)/money bribery(guilty) scandal. Wife goes back to work as an attorney (her old good friend is a partner at the firm). She "stands' by her DH as he tries to clear his name. She downsizes their life, sells house etc. DH got off, after appeal and is going after his job again. The guy in his job wants to bring him down, doens't care who he hurts.

He moved back into the home but they are not back together, he sleeps in the very very tiny spare room. He wants the marriage to work, she is on the fence leaning away from DH.

Her company just merged to save itself, they were going under big time, lots of layoffs. One such layoff was the second chair (blond guy) from the DA's office. He was in competition with her for the job, and she won it, he is pissed (sour grapes) and was hired by Prosecuter to hurt her and bring her and husband down.

You will not be sorry, this show was the best of last year. The writing and acting is just amazing!

How much is everyone enjoying the Kalinda/Blake storyline this year? I think it's been an unexpected highlight of this season so far, really curious how it's going to play out.
