Super excitement here today!
I had nominated my sons 2nd grade teacher for a "teacher of the month" thing that a local radio station does and they picked her!!! So today they met me at the school and surprised her with 2 dozen roses and a plaque and a bundle of presents. On top of that everything that they presented to the teacher my son got a match to. So they both ended up with:
$150 Savings Bond (teacher got AmEx gift card for same amount)
$50 gift certificate to a local restaurant
$100 gift card for Big Y Supermarket

Well all, the ultrasound on Friday only showed one little bean! So luckily no twins (although a friend of mine reminded me that sometimes you don't see them both on the first ultrasound!
We've been busy this weekend putting up the Christmas decorations. We usually wait until Thanksgiving but we are leaving on Friday to go to Washington DC for a week (I can't wait to see DC at the Holidays!). Not quite got all of it up but I am working on it this week.
