OK- here is a new one- from his new movie, Hunter S/ Thompson's The Rum Diary

Thank god we do not have to look at him dressed as a freak in this movie (usually courtesy of Tim Burton)

We get to see him in all of his beautiful glory!

You are right, when you see him doing an interview you look at him in a whole new light- he really is a very intelligent, nice looking and well- spoken guy. When he speaks, he has such a mellow voice, it is rather soothing.

And- looks like he is a big Mickey fan, he can't be all bad

Hey! Just wanted to drop in and tell everyone that DH and I had our u/s this morning and we are having a BOY!

Here is where I wrote a little about the apt... if you go about 2 pages back you will see where I mention in detail about DHs midlife (not so midlife) crisis (i.e. the new sports car), and then before that explains the back pain everyone is talking about. Didnt want to bore you all with it, but since im linking this i know it talks about things that i havent discussed here-- so anyhoo.

Maggie family news is never boring. I love reading everyone's updates. I guess your DH will get to hand down the prowler to his son. The girls will be impressed

lol by that time that thing will be a vintage car. Dhs entire family collects old vintage cars and then new sports cars, then theres one who collects hot rods only. They have garages upon garages to store these things in. Thats not my thing... lol, i hope by that time we wont have it anymore!

Yay! Maggie is having a little boy!!! Any names you've come up with yet?

Sorry I haven't been freaping much.I just have been so busy getting my garden started, dealing with Easter and obsessively planning our free dining trip and cruise for next year. I even added another day to our Sept. trip-now we'll be at POP for 9 nights!!!!!! It's very chilly and dreary here today but is supposed to improve greatly over the next couple of days. DH is taking off work Friday so we can go to Keeneland for the races. Keeneland is the holy land for anyone interested in thoroughbred racing and it is one of the most beautiful spots in Kentucky in the spring time. Keep everything crossed that the pperfect family scores some big $$$$!

Thanks! No names, we said we would wait until we knew the gender so that we could eliminate a whole set of names, whether it be girls names we eliminated, or boy. So now, its half the battle!

Have fun on your trip. Gosh you have a lot coming up. Do you remember Tinker_ who used to post (son names Wesley.. had the siggy W-E-S-L-E-Y M-O-U-S-E)? Well we talk a lot and she is going in September too. Im so jealous. There is no way id be caught at WDW in September though.

Okay...it's been over a week since any of us posted here.Are we all lazy or what?I confess to the laziness factor. I just didn't want to look up our thread. I kept waiting and waiting for some other Freap to do it.

OK- here is my new plan Marna. I will post every morning just to say hello and what my plans are for the day. In plain words- I will torture you all

This will start TUESDAY b/c I am a very busy little girl this Sat, Sun and Mon

Tonight- Harley dealership. DH needs stupid boy stuff for his bike. Oil and such. Me? I will be lurking (and buying) in the Harley clothing dept

Sat- yard saling til about 12. Then, come home and will give my roses some yummy compost and will plant my 4 new Raspberry bushes. MAYBE wash DH's bike- if he is nice.
3pm- FLYERS vs PENS! I will be glued to the TV for a few hours. No interruptions.
Sat night- whatever life brings me. Probably the sofa stuck to my butt! But ya never know.

Sun- Up around 6 or 7am to get ready for the Ride the Wave Motorcycle Run from Camden to Wildwood NJ. The run leaves Camden at 10am. It is to raise $$ for families of fallen Public Safety Personnel. We will be in Wildwood for most of the day. Forcast- almost 90! and sunny!


Mon- day off work. Me, my cousin and our friend are doing a girls day out to Philly to shop, eat and enjoy the beautiful weather that we will be having for the next couple of days.

Tues- pop on the Freap chat thread to tell you all about my weekend I know you are all holding your breath anxiously awaiting my report.

Wow. People without kids certainly have fun. Wish someone would have told me that years ago. I have to work tomorrow but have my book club meeting on Sunday.For me, that's a big deal. We all cook yummy food, drink some, partake in other recreational activities and, sometimes, even talk about the book.

Tonight, I am hosting a pre-birthday party for my soon to be 16 year old. There will be 12 or so teens running in and around the house/yard. Great group of kids, so not much to worry about. There will be a fire in the driveway, marshmallow toasting, sandwich eating, junk food devouring, soft drink guzzling.... Oh and pin the tail on the donkey!

We cleaned off and on all week so it can be destroyed in a few hours, but, heck isn't that what life is all about anyways.

Tomorrow, we will clean (again) and do some yard work. DD has to finish her vacation homework.
