The Golf Cart Thread

if put anything besides mouse hands on it and turn it into a disney cart, i'll pee on it whilst you are sleeping.

To be honest it really looks sharp as it is. I was thinking if it get's scratched up I'd do it. Why not just move it from the outpost to the settlement like you did last time? I better get me a cut off switch lol.

Since its white how about putting a disney security logo on the side and a orange flashing light on top. Then we can take to WL :thumbsup2

I can't get anybody to get a picture of the Disney Security logo. I want it on the hood on my cart. Trust me if we get to go back this year I will have it.

Here's the latest. I had to take the big tires off to get it in my camper. I put the little one's on and now it looks dorky. I thought I was going to get away with just the fronts but the backs were too wide as well. I clocked how long it takes to take the big one's off and put the little one's on. (16 minutes) I doubt NASCAR will call for a tire changer positon. I'm only using 2 lug bolts on each wheel since I'm just pulling it in and out of the camper. I also had to put 3 lockwashers on each stud of the front wheels for a spacer because the stock rims are wider than the big rims at least on the inside and they were rubbing the spindle. Eeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkk lol. Nothing like a little metal to metal.

I have an electric impact wrench and a floor jack so that helps a lot to make it easier. I'll eventually get a swivelwheel to connect to the back and won't have to do this but for now it's the best I can do.

you eare right dork

The crap we go through to take our carts camping.:sad2: Not to mention the money:headache:

Donnie - Is there a way you can modify the roof so it comes on and off easily? That way you can keep your big tires on & not look quite as "dorky"! :rolleyes1

The roof isn't the problem. The big tires are too wide to fit in the door. As you can see how close the tires are on the ramp, the other side is about the same. I can't complain too much, at least I'm still makin a livin and can pay the payment.

Well......I know "I" used the old "If I buy my own cart, we wont have to spend that money on renting Disney carts ever again" in order to get my wife to agree to let me get one. I spent 10 days at the for last May, so another 62 days, and I will have made that logic true....thats if I dont add some more goodies to it....and Ive been looking at a diamond plate floorboard and pedals real hard for a couple of months....so it may soon go up to 66 days to break even. But at SOME POINT, I WILL break even...and having bought a cart will have saved me money over renting from Disney...as long as they keep raising the prices every other year or so!!!!:rolleyes1

My buddy Melvin does. If you wanna paint the cart it's gonna be black. Then I'll put the Dale Earnhardt decal package on it.

Great black the hardest color to paint LOL!!!! Let me know Donnie we will paint it up:thumbsup2

Ive been trying to draw something that at least resembles my "mad mickey" avatar to print as a vinyl decal for my golf cart windshield....this is as close as Ive gotten...and Im really not happy with it. If anyone has any ideas of a way I can get an evil looking mickey head...PLEASE fill me in!!
