The "Girls Only" TR.... Day 3

Day 3 Part 1

After yet another restless night with the bed and now DD had started coughing the whole night I was really starting to feel tired, but never mind we were still up to make the most of the Magic. I remembered to organise the Mickey wake up call the night before or should I say Dmum did . We set it for 6.30am so dd would be awake and would answer it. I forgot totake a picture of her face when he rang . After dd was bouncing on the bed singing "Mickey said get up everyone" it was time for breakfast then head to park for emh. We decided to head to discoveryland ride buzz a couple of times while Dmum and Dsis rode SM then while Dmum and Dsis went to studio's for opening DD and I went to fantasyland and had a few goes on Peter pan, tea cups and Dumbo

DD had not asked for much while we were on holiday and she had not spent much of her money so i asked her had she seen anything she liked she said " Rapunzel play set and the Stitch bag" so we headed to the shop and got them.
This is the stitch bag.

DD and I decided to go and wait for the Princess meet we got there at 9.30 for the 10am meet we were about 5th in the queue when we realised that the girl in front was the girl dd made friends with at the station so the time went quickly for her. We were wondering which Princess it would be then about 10.10am Aurora came out. She was lovely too and took time to talk to DD about her Tiana Dress.

After we decided to head to the Alice Maze and i got us lost (I really don't know how ) DD was unsure about having her photo taken with the cards I had to convince her they were ok

It was not long before we had arranged to meet Dmum and Dsis just inside studio's so we had a wonder around Woody's round up

We were waiting in the line to have a photo with Bullseye when just as we were about to get on when a family 3 or 4 people behind us decided to push through and get on, the lady behind me was not happy and had a go at them she said to me " I am so fed up of people pushing in I've reached my limit" The family quickly got off and got back in line. The lady kindly took a picture of me and dd

We Just got into studio's and met Dmum and Dsis when DD suddenly started screaming and shouting and curled up on the floor, I had no Idea what was going on she would not tell me. I managed to get her to stand up when a bee flew out from her I then realised she had been stung. I eventually got to have a look and the sting was still there I could not get it so I took her to first aid which luckuly we were right next to. We walked straight in and the doctor saw us right away. He quickly took the sting out gave her some "magic Mickey" cream and a plaster all of a sudden she stopped crying and was happy again.... phew Drama over.

Day 3 Part 2

After the Drama it was nearly time for our 12.30 Cafe Mickey luch so we headed there we were seated right away as we had a reservation, I felt so sorry for those who did not there was queue already. The waiter took our order when outcame Mickey and Chip and Dale.

Mum asked me how i knew which was which so i said "by the colour of their nose and the gap in their teeth so Dale decided to cover his nose and teeth so I could not tell

Our Meal came quite quickly we decided to share a couple of Pizza's and chips between us

It was very yummy and was big we probably could have just had the 1 pizza between us.
Half way through the meal Pluto, Gipetto, Goofy and Eeyore came out.

Eeyore was great he was really in character he even signed the E's and the y back to front and drew a rain cloud and rain drops in dd autograph book.

After lucnch we headed back to the park and did a little shopping (ok a lot of shopping ) as we needed to pack our suitcases tonight as we were going home tomorrow and wanted to get it all in. It was 3pm now and there was loads of people sat on the curb I looked at the programme thinking I was missing something so i asked a near by cm what they were waiting for and he said "the 5pm parade, some had been there since 2pm". We decided not to join them as i knew dd would not wait that long.
After shopping we then headed for our btm fp ride (i love this one) then headed to POTC when we bumped into Baloo and King Louie. Dsis thought it was funny to meet baloo as he is her DBF favorite chrarcter and all the times he has been he has not ever had the chance to see him.

Headed to POTC again and this time it really felt like the boat was going to tip it was weired it felt so unsteady.

DD had a rub on the lamp but no Genie to grant us 3 wishes (I know what my 3 wishes would have been )

Then headed to Casey's corner After a few more rides we decided to grab a hot dog with cheese mmmmm so yummy (sorry forgot to take a picture) It was getting on now to 8.30 pm so we finished off some more shopping in the Village and headed back to pack

The stitch bag was quite resonable I thought when dd asked for it that it would have been expensive but it was about 15.95 E. They also have a pooh bear and a thumper one too.

I don't know if this is any help to you either but last November we got dd a stitch outfit from dlp and they had them again this time so i got ds one now he is big enough to fit it. These are quite reasonably priced too considering most of the dressing up outfits are 59.95 E + this one is only 29.95 E they are so fluffy and and long all in one suite it will be lovely for our next trip to dlp in November. They also have Eeyore and tigger.

Here is dd in hers, we gave it to her on Christmas morning

Aladdin's lamp is in adventureland. If you walk in through the main enterence way from Mainstreet walk past the few shops it's on the right hand side. I think it's new this year (i don't remember it being there either) it does let out puffs of smoke but I kept missing it to take a picture

Sounds like a fabulous start to your day! Your DD is lovely. Aurora's dress in blue!!! I very much prefer it over pink and here in the states she's only seen in pink

Aladdin's lamp is in adventureland. If you walk in through the main enterence way from Mainstreet walk past the few shops it's on the right hand side. I think it's new this year (i don't remember it being there either) it does let out puffs of smoke but I kept missing it to take a picture

Thanks - I thought I was going mad. Even Abbey wondered where it was. I'll be sure to seek it out in a couple of weeks time

Ouch your poor DD. What a nasty Bee We found the doctors in first aid to be lovely and very helpful.

It was dd first bee sting and everytime we see one now she says "Naughty bee" I think it may take her a while to get used to them again. The doctor we saw was lovely he really made her feel special and told her the cream was "Magic Mickey" cream and the Plaster was from Tinkerbell which is funny as that is what we say at home as DD would not have a plaster on until I said they were special ones dropped off by tinkerbell with special magic .
