Exactly how is no one questioning Ronnie's story. It's so out of left field. It's like the writers just wanted to have Erika Slezak on the show so they made up this absurd storyline for her. Honestly, they could have had her be Monica's sister, who just came to pay her respects and have the Quartermaines tell Ronnie about Monica while we get flashbacks of Leslie Charleston's career on the show. Would have been so much better.

I'm wondering if we will have a Carly/Valentin romantic pairing.

That's exactly what I was thinking the other day. It feels like Erika's agent contacted GH and said she was interested in doing a short-term guest appearance and here are the 3 weeks she's available for filming. So the writers scrambled to come up with a storyline and did a terrible job with it.

If the will is indeed a fake, I hope that the house gets left to Michael. If it's not fake, I would like to see Ronnie leave it to Gio. That would open up a whole new storyline, which I hope wouldn't be as stupid as this whole Ronnie one is now.

True, but this storyline is just so out there. I feel they could have done something better for her.

That's a great idea. The odd invitation-only funeral with no teenagers could have been that flashback memorium. Then, if the character meshed, she had an open door to visit. It is sad to lose Monica, but the ceremony could have been more in line with what "she" was like. Also, having Drew wheel himself in would be great if it was used to expose him as setting up his own shooting. This whole plot is dragging on and not drawing me in to wonder who did it. Move on please.

Honestly, they could have made ES Gio's grandmother, the one he grew up thinking was his biological grandmother. Have her come there with the intent to bring Gio back to Bensonhurst, that would still set up great clashing scenes between her and Tracey and that would also have her involved with all the Quartermaines.

I'm betting that the will is a fake and Martin is involved. If Ronnie and Monica really reconnected so deeply through letters that Monica decided to leave her the mansion, surely Ronnie would have made an effort to see her sister before she died. It was very suspicious that she showed up on the day of the memorial, knowing she wasn't invited to the actual ceremony, which conveniently put her in town for the will reading. It smells like a set-up. Martin could have been feeding her information about the family for months so she would seem well-versed when the time came to meet them. How did she not know about Gio? Wouldn't Monica have written her about a new, young and very talented house guest who turned out to be a Quartermaine? Also, the Quartermaines are smart and worldly enough to know that you don't just take the word of some person they've never met who says she's Monica's sister. Anyone can get a fake ID. They should ask for a DNA test. Michael is a close blood-relation of Monica's. There should be some type of DNA match between Ronnie and Michael. Heck, they could even send their samples to Ancestry.com and get the answer! The whole thing just doesn't add up, but it is kinda funny that Traci is sleeping on Lulu's couch!
