Exactly how is no one questioning Ronnie's story. It's so out of left field. It's like the writers just wanted to have Erika Slezak on the show so they made up this absurd storyline for her. Honestly, they could have had her be Monica's sister, who just came to pay her respects and have the Quartermaines tell Ronnie about Monica while we get flashbacks of Leslie Charleston's career on the show. Would have been so much better.

I'm wondering if we will have a Carly/Valentin romantic pairing.

That's exactly what I was thinking the other day. It feels like Erika's agent contacted GH and said she was interested in doing a short-term guest appearance and here are the 3 weeks she's available for filming. So the writer's scrambled to come up with a storyline and did a terrible job with it.

If the will is indeed a fake, I hope that the house gets left to Michael. If it's not fake, I would like to see Ronnie leave it to Gio. That would open up a whole new storyline, which I hope wouldn't be as stupid as this whole Ronnie one is now.

I can't imagine she would have taken the part just to sit quietly sipping coffee and occasionally saying "tell me more"

True, but this storyline is just so out there. I feel they could have done something better for her.
