The Adam theory is interesting, but what would be his motive? As I recall, he tried to hit on Joss after the sex video was released. He assumed the video meant she was loose and easy, but she quickly shut him down and called him out for being a creep. He later apologized and, although she's still a bit wary of him, she doesn't seem to be holding it against him.
So why would Adam start trying to kill the people involved in the trial? And why would he go after Nikolas? How does he fit into the equation? By the way, I think my DVR cut off the last part of an episode last week. How did Nikolas get away from the hook? He/she was at Windemere, correct? I saw the hook swipe at him and the next thing I saw was Nik pulling Esme off the dock and asking Elizabeth to trust him. How did he deal with the hook, and how did the hook get off the island? I feel like I must have missed something.
