I am enjoying all the drama driven stories at the moment... but there needs to be some more lighter moments too. Tracy, Luke and Anthony are a HOOT! wait til Tracy sees that FELICIA is BACK in town!!!

Didn't' you watch Port Charles? The town is already crawling with vampires. I'm someone who LOVES little 4th wall nods to fans, but the vampire stuff was overdone IMO.

Actually I thought they were just doing PC references when they 1st did the Sam and John familiarity thing but now I'm thinking she's the sister.

Ron Cavallari re-wrote stuff on OLTL all the time so it's expected on GH.

Connie and Carly get into a fight in the hotel lobby.

Previews for the week of 30-Apr-2012

**Carly turns cold on Johnny, who tries to — without coming out and airing Kate’s private business — give hints on a possible medical back story of the Connie debacle.
Her curiosity piqued, Carly pays closer to attention as Johnny advises her to check out Kate’s medical files.
Connie dives into Kate’s office safe, only to be hampered by an Olivia interlude.
Olivia badgers Kate for help with a lawyer for Steve.
Connie seeks to evade Ewen’s hospital commitment—and much worse, by motoring out of the country, far away.
Jason stands in the way of Connie’s getaway.
Presumably comatose for a month’s time, Ewen has the power—when he comes to—to finger Connie for his head injury.
Connie clashes with Carly at the Metro Court.
Connie eyes then goes for the exits.
Carly manages to get her hands on Kate’s medical files.
Carly goes to see Johnny about this.

Starr shows herself to be a loose cannon to Johnny, when she plumbs his depths, then palms one of his weapons.
Starr picks up a gun, aiming for Sonny, but she won’t get far.
Johnny gives Michael a heads-up about Starr and her scary state.
Another character may try to intercept Starr, with disastrous consequences.
A grieving, obsessed Starr forces Sonny to go with her to a certain point.

Carly and Sam get to talking about things that have been bothering them, and find a comforting connection.
Sam asks herself whether it’s feasible for Jason to get over the Franco angle and focus on raising their baby together as their own.
Sam has another meaningful encounter with McBain.

Lulu is officially a missing person’s case.
To no one’s surprise, Ronnie is Lulu’s kidnapper. He’s stashed her away somewhere, and he’s plotting to make it look like Dante’s a corrupt officer.
Sam does some sleuthing at a motel, but then gets more than she bargained for when she joins Lulu as a hostage.
Dante and McBain must team up to rescue damsels in distress, Lulu and Sam, before it’s curtains.
Delores joins Dante to track down Lulu.
Dante and McBain’s clue-hunting takes them to a motel room. Then, at the Haunted Star, for some reason.

Maxie wants to take her imagined punishment from the court system. But Spinelli wants to spare her, when it’s really Matt who killed Lisa. They’re both in quite a pickle, aren’t they?
Maxie forbids Spinelli from ratting Matt out to save her. At sentencing, it’s anyone’s guess what either of them is capable of doing.
Maxie gapes at the appearance of her mom, Felicia.

Heather assumes Maggie is dissing her as the psycho in some overheard conversation. Heather decides to take serious action for this flagrancy.

Next week: Felicia goes to Mac, with a lot of explaining to do… Sam goes to GH… Kate tries to break through to Olivia—in as best a manner as she can under trying circumstances… Heather goes berserk… More OLTL cross-overs. **

Gossip for the week of 30-Apr-2012

SoapTown USA’s Loose Lips played a what-if game in her April 29th spumors, including the possible returns of the Nurses’ Ball (if they can get Lynn Herring/Lucy Coe), and more OLTL and PC characters, a possible connection between Heather and OLTL’s Allison Perkins, related to a tied-up Victor (Trevor St. John), a burgeoning rivalry once a newly recast Kristina gets a load of Starr around Michael, a possible undoing of the Franco rape angle in Sam and Jason’s story (Franco and Steve are brothers?), a possible exploration of Sam’s father, and more Felicia. Here are some excerpts: “Felicia is back and TPTB loved her work so much they have invited her to do more episodes. The plan is to heal the Jones family. TPTB are going to put Mac and Felicia together and fans should be happy about their upcoming interactions. I hear no romance as of now, a lot depends if Frisco comes home… What if Sam was not raped, and Jason is the father, and Franco is not Jason's twin, but is Steven Lars's twin? Ask yourself why Heather set Sam up to take another test? Why the test must read Franco? Because Heather, like Franco, enjoys playing mind games... What if Sean Connelly came back to help his old buddies?... What if Sam had twins?...”

The twin rumor was also dropped by an anonymous source on Daytime Dish last week, ala “two sets of twin boys are on set today.” This could mean Sam gives birth to twins, or OLTL’s Téa gives birth to twins, or either gives birth to one baby (in daytime, it’s common practice to use twins or triplets, so as not to over-tire the children). In fan reaction to a related DD rumor, OLTL’s McBain and Todd might help deliver Téa’s baby, roadside.

Here’s one from Daytime Dish about the return of OLTL’s Blair soon, and some rumored drama about her and TPTB: “It's June. And they kissed her a**. All's well and she gets to sing, as well. But it is back to Todd. She gets what she wants as they really feel they need her. And they do feel bad surprisingly. They love her but know they handled this badly. Note the difference in how they've handled the backlash. They fell on their sword in their minds.”

Other assorted DD-sourced spumors include: Helena shadows Blair… Executive producer of both OLTL and GH, Frank Valentini, means to “make a hybrid” of both soaps… Look for OLTL’s Natalie, Liam, and Viki to cross over to GH… And this: “Expect pony rides, face painting, fireworks and maybe a clown or two (not to mention storyline culminations, a big return or two and whatever else FV can pull out of his hat) the week of July 23 and the week of September 17. ABCD has set these two weeks as ‘target weeks.’”

**Ultimately, Maxie will get what she has been clamoring for: the judge sentences her to 20 years. All throughout May, Spinelli’s sole purpose is to dig up proof to free Maxie. **

Speaking of Maxie, former portrayer Kirsten Storms has been tweeting up a storm again, teasing co-star Jason Thompson (Patrick), saying hi to fans, saying she’s better, even tweeting her former-friend-turned-rival-back-to-friends again, Farah Fath (ex-Gigi, OLTL; ex-Mimi, DOOL). Might this mean Storms will return to be Maxie for May Sweeps? Please?

**Shawn finally returns in the next few weeks to flesh out the Molly-and-T.J. story, that had been back-burnered to accommodate Sean Blakemore’s movie project. A huge rumor making the rounds on SoapZone’s GH board is that Shawn is really with the FBI and will join forces with McBain to nail Sonny.

Connie will use most of the summer to wreak further havoc on the unsuspecting citizens of Port Charles. Sonny and Kate, however, will work through this conflict.

Starr’s latest stunt—attempting to take Sonny hostage—will land her in trouble with the law. Todd and Téa will come from OLTL’s Llanview to help her. It’s been rumored that Téa might be brought over as a romantic foil for Sonny.

With Todd coming back to GH, is he going to romance Carly? **

She's not aging well, surprisingly, but then look at Jack Wagner and Heather Locklear. Bad face work. DH watched a little of yesterday's GH with me and saw Heather and Luke in a scene and stated, "wow, some of them have not aged well".... don't know if he meant Luke or HeatherI love the spoilers and possible story lines, it'd be great to see some familiar faces again. Thank heaven for DVR! Has anyone noticed the old classic AMC, OLTL and GH episodes airing from 1AM to 9AM M-F?

Maybe because I never watched OLTL, but I know nothing of the back story of John McBain. I've seen him talking to Anna a few times, and it always confuses me. Heck, I just figured out he was a cop, and I guess he was in the FBI at some point. But basically, when ever I see him, I'm confused. Is there a particular reason why he seems to be after Sonny?

I'm starting to think Franco is not the father. Franco was taunting Jason about Sam being pregnant awfully quick after the "rape". I don't think Franco raped her, I think he tested to see if she was in fact pregnant and then came up with this scheme. He obviously has someone helping him since he is dead and yet Jason was able to receive the baby tape.

McBain has said that Sonny killed his sister which is why he is after Sonny.

Now see.. I thought Felicia and Heather, Kristina and Robin, looked good. I mean both of them could look a little bit older since their characters have aged.. Felicia's and Robin's long blonde hair-do's don't do much for them IMHO... but that is just me.

Oh how I wish Johnny had never slept with Kate/Connie. He did take advantage of her mental state. And THAT disappoints me about Johnny.

Today's cat fight was so dang funny... I hope the actresses had a great time!

I haven't watched today's show yet. I'm still reeling from yesterday's stupidity! I could not believe the completely ridiculous manner in which they handled the hostage situation with Sam and Lulu. Do the writers really think the viewers are that stupid?

Dante and McBain figured out where Ronnie took the women. So far, so good. They decide to let Dante go in and try to talk Ronnie down, while McBain stays hidden and covers him. Still OK, but why wouldn't they have called for backup as soon as they were sure they had the right location? So Dante goes inside, Ronnie flips out, fires off a shot, grazes Lulu's arm, and McBain shows himself. Ronnie grabs Sam, but all Dante can think about is getting his mortally wounded wife to the ER! Her arm is bleeding a little. She can wait a few minutes while Dante calls for backup, right? How about not leaving the scene until both hostages are secure?

So Dante runs Lulu to the ER, knowing Sam is still in danger and McBain is the only cop on the scene. Then Dante tells Jason what's going on, but not to worry because an officer has the situation under control. Really? One officer out of his jurisdiction is "under control?" Dante's sitting around the ER with Lulu and he still doesn't think to call for backup? I realize the whole point of the situation was for Jason to find Sam alone with McBain, but did they have to do it in such an unbelievable way? Dante needs to be fired!

I just watched yesterday's show. I won't give anything away, but I could not help but be amused by the various expressions on Jason's face. Steve Burton has more range than I was giving him credit for. I found it to be very entertaining.
