I'm thinking of getting one for DH's birthday.

I know absolutely nothing about them so any views good or bad are welcome. Are they any good outdoors too?

I keep wanting to call it the lean mean killing machine! ;)

Love my Foreman grill! Have 2 actually.

Awesome for hot dogs, grilled chicken, pork tenderlion...you name it!

I have a small one and I LOVE it! It's especially great in winter when outdoor grilling is difficult. It cooks chicken so quick you wouldn't believe it! Get one - get two - get a whole bunch, they're awesome!:D

I am with everyone else. LOVE it..definately get one.

I have one too, I love it. It is the smallest one, I wish I'd gotten the larger one.

LOL, too funny.

Just to echo everyone else, I LOVE my Foreman Grill. I just upgraded to the larger one with the timer and you can put it on low, med or high.

We have one and we love it. Its a great product that does exactly what they claim it does.

Although the George Foreman grill is great, it is not for everything. Don't try to make S'Mores on it, it doesn't work.

LOVE LOVE LOVE MY GEORGE!

I love being able to take frozen (yes, frozen brick hard) chicken breast, slap it on, and 10 minutes later, yummy grilled chicken!

DH got me the smallest one 4 years ago, and it's a permanent fixture on my countertop!

LOVE IT!!! Got the medium size one a few years ago. It came with a great cookbook for rubs marinades and stuff. Even recipes for veggies and desserts.
We tend to overcook and dry out meat in the oven or on the outdoor grill, but if we cook it for as long as the cookbook says it's always juicy and perfect.

I guess I'm in the minority because I don't love my George Foreman. I wish I did. :( I do like it though! I have learned that when making grilled chicken, the tastiest way is to use chicken tenders or breast strips and to put dry seasonings on before cooking (like Emeril's). I have tried marinating numerous times and the juice just runs out while cooking - leaving little flavor. I do like the texture and look of the chicken - I just think it looks better than it tastes.

I have the big round outdoor one and really like it.

Target had htem for $50 a couple weeks ago which is a real deal.

herc.

I don’t like it much….my wife loves it.

I also think it takes too much juice out of everything..I use to love big FAT burgers..now I get flat juiceless burgers..but my wife says they are good for me.

I hate seeing all of that good juice collecting in that tin holder..what a waste!

I use mine pretty often. I really like it but we do have one problem, my dh and dd like to use it and then just close the thing. I don't always realize it's dirty when I'm cleaning the kitchen and it irritates me to death to open it and find it dirty. The new rule is if you use it you have to clean it right then. Now, if they would only follow that rule

I've had one (really THREE) in the past 5 years and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!

I use mine nearly everyday. My Mom bought me the small one for my birthday 5 years ago. I just wore it out and bought the bigger one. For some reason I didn't think it cooked as thoroughly as the smaller one. Well, I then inherited my Mom's unused one with the bun warmer after she passed. It too didn't fill the bill so a few months ago I went back to the original! It cooks fast and thorough, I like my food well done, and takes no more than a few minutes to cook anything!

George Foreman will easily support ALL of his George named kids for generations with this device!

I like mine although we don't use it very often. It is very good for chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, pork chops, steak and grilling veggies. The only thing I didn't like on the George Foreman was the grilled cheese sandwiches.

I guess I am also in the minority here because I don't like our Foreman Grill all that much. I find that it sears the outside of my chicken but doesn't fully cook the inside so to get the inside to cook I have to leave it on extra long and by that time...the outside is black/crispy and the inside is just done. *sighs* I also hate the smell of it while it's cooking, not just chicken but when my DH makes hamburgers on it too. Hamburgers surprisingly turn out great though, it's just the chicken that doesn't do well. *shrugs*
