countingthedays, I still have a bit of a migraine even though I've had two doses of Maxalt today and 2 vicodin tonight. I'm eliminating caffeine, so that's why all the headaches.

Besides SAHM, is there anything else you can tell us about yourself?

any hobbies, are you married, kids, etc/??

We need the good stuff...

or you could be SAHGC.....stands for Stay at home Gutter Chic??

My dh's friend...haven't talked in awhile...but he does that kind of work.

Do you mean laying the granite and corian on just kitchen tops or tile, too?

He does tile work and is really good at it. Unfortunately, his employer sucks and he gets no benefits whatsoever....

That is such a shame about the one guy dying...

We just do counter tops no tile. We take big slabs & cut & polish them. We are outside of Philadlephia in Delaware County.

I started a new job (full time) last week and am still doing some consulting and working at the Doggie Day Camp. Maybe it's time for me to cut back some.

DH has had a few surgeries over the past several weeks, but is healing nicely and on the road to recovery.

Yes, I am enjoying it..

I am doing so much walking...I only get to sit for an hr a day......I work 5 hrs a day..which is perfect for me....it is a great way for me to get in shape...

I do a lot administrative duties....take inventory, program phones, create lists, order supplies, etc.....lot of fun

what kind of job did you start?

Glad your dh is doing well......

Man..if anyone ever heard our dinner conversation,s they would have been r olling around on the floor laughing or running for the door...

She is a vegetarian who lives in MD. I think 1 daughter & 2 sons. Cats & Dogs.

We do. We started a laminate & Corian counter top business about 13 years ago. We started doing granite & quartz about 2 years ago. All of our customers are giving us their granite business now. It is big for us. We are going to start stocking granite in Sept. We have more work than employees so we are exhausted. It is really hard to find men to work especially in Corian & laminate. There is 8 of us now. 1 guy died 2 months ago... it has been crazy.

Everything else is great. We are very happy.

You are a braver women than I. I wouldn't give up caffine unless I really, really, really had to. I love it too much.

The Secret was on Oprah. It is about attracting what ever you want to you. What ever you think & say you get. But you must be careful how you think & say it for example: Do not say I DO NOT want debt. Say I want wealth. The universe does not understand the do not part. The book is only $13.oo at BJ's. It is basically positive thinking but it has changed our lives.
