yeah, I always wondered about that. But Obi-Wan doesn't do that in Star Wars 4--I guess at that point, he had to pay for them himself! But when Vader 'kills' him, the robes are all that is left behind.

E.T. representatives? A Senate area? Surely you are speaking of a group of movies that never existed.

I don't remember any of those things in the Star Wars movies I know.

Yes, in Phantom Menace, I believe toward the end when new Chancellor Palpatine is making a speech of some kind to the Senate, at the bottom left of the screen is a "pod" containing 3 E.T. aliens. They pointed it out during the commentary.
