:earsboy: WELCOME to the DIS brendaanna!!!:earsboy:

When my son Erich was around the age of 3 and too short to ride ToT I asked the CM at the gate if they had Baby Swap here..."Yeah sure" he said, and as we walked into line he said "You can swap him for an 18 year old if you'd like!" :teeth:

When we went in 2000, we were getting ready to board the Pirates of the Car. ride, my son was wearing a hat that said "old navy", the cm loading the boats was dressed up with a hook for a hand and grabbed his hat and said "Arggg, I'll show you old navy sonny."
He's 12 now, but still laughs about that.

When we were in Epcot at the Mexico Pavillion having lunch at the restaurant there and my DD 6 wanted to place her own order, the waitress was really sweet, but when DD ordered chicken fingers she busted out in laughter and with a heavy accent suggested she order chicken tenders since they didn't carry chicken fingers (then questioned if chicken's had fingers!) and they would not taste really good anyway! We still laugh about that everytime she orders "chicken fingers"! :p

This isn't really a one-liner or anything, but last year at Disneyland the guy operating the Snow White ride did a "BEWARE OF THE WITCH! MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" thing for each car as he pushed down the bar. He was so adorable, huge smile with braces, really, REALLY getting into it.

Back in the days of 20 Leagues Under the Sea a creative CM decided to paraphrase the info he was required to give before leaving the boat. He reminded parents to "take small children firmly by the neck and drag them kicking and screaming up the gangway!"

That was easily 15 years ago because we didn't have kids but we still think of it and smile.

:D Ha Ha Ha! :D

"take small children firmly by the neck and drag them kicking and screaming up the gangway!"

Reminds me of one... "Please take small children firmly by the hair while exiting..." Heard once in the early 80's and again last December.

When we were getting off of the boat on the Jungle Cruise the CM said,"Watch your head as you disembark. And if you don't watch your head, then watch your mouth. You are in Disney World afterall!"

Another Jungle Cruise skipper once said "If you enjoyed your trip thru the jungle today please exit to the right of the boat. Those who did not enjoy the ride please exit to the left." Of course the dock was to the right and to the left was that yucky green/brown river water!

Oh just thought of another Jungle Cruise funny....

One skipper pointed out the huge fake butterflies that you see around the first bend on the cruise and said, "those beautiful butterflies may be purchased at Wal-Mart for $5.99 or at any of the lovely WDW gift shops for only $39.99." I'm sure this part of his speil was NOT approved by the management! (But it was kinda funny!!)

"All Lost children become property of Its a small world ride..."
riding the tram from parking lot ::yes::

When getting off the tram from the parking lot "Please remember this is a family park and there are kids all around you. As you're getting off please lower your head and watch your step. If you forget to follow this first piece of advice, then lower your voice and watch your mouth".

We were riding the Great Movie Ride and we were right up front. When the gangster takes over the train, he looks at my 7 year old son, with no front teeth. He says in his best gangster speak:

"You must be tough kid, they done shot out your teeth and youse still smilin"

We still laugh at that one.

This reminds me of another one, although it was my nephew that said the funny. At the same point in this same ride (but a different trip) when the gangster asks my nephew to hand over all his money. My nephew says, "I don't have any, but my Dad's got plenty - take his.":hyper:

Back in 89 when my now DW and I went to MK, we and a bunch of other people were looking around rather lost in fantasy land. We all kept wandering over to the spot where the 20K leagues ride used to be and wondering where it had went.

A CM comes by and yells "Its GONE folks. Its been gone a long time. You need to come back more often."

We all felt rather sheepish. Its so hard when childhood memories are replaced by adult reality. As a kid it was such a cool ride. I'm sure as an adult it would have looked a little cheesy, especially compared with the Sea at Epcot.

Another one from the Jungle Cruise...probably not approved by management either..

Children left behind can be found dancing for a living in Small World...:)

yet another one from the Jungle Cruise..

as we were entering the "cave" the skipper says (something to the effect of):

'What could be beyond these doors? Treasure? Animals? Another Disney gift shop?"

heheheh

My roommate and I had a CM tell us to "Keep it Disney!" Now when we're at home and one of is having a bad day and lets the explicits come flying out of our mouths, the other will just look and say "Keep it Disney."

Not sure this is so funny,,well didn't think so anyway....buttttttttt,
It seemed a WEIRD thing to hear....on the way out of EPCOT last
week,,a guest ask the Cast Member at the turn style
"WHAT DOES EPCOT stand for",,,,,
the cast member looked at him and said..

STAND FOR? It DOESN'T STAND FOR ANYTHING!!
Now THATS a GREAT ANSWER huh!!!!

Another Jungle Cruise moment,

It was just before closing, a time in which I have found the cruise to be the most fun, and funny.

Just before entering the temple our skipper said "here you will see the remains of Disney's first failed attempt at the monorail system":p

Two of them--on the tram to the MK parking lot, the voice told us to "be sure to drive safely on the way home, because no else in Central Florida will be!"

At AK on the Safari as the driver was explaining the rules of the trip and pointing out the animal viewing guides etc, he also let us know that there was "absolutely no disco dancing!" Now whenever DH and I see those crossed out pics of the people who are standing and kicking out their legs and arms, we say "No disco dancing!" and crack up! Others may think it's kind of dorky, but we get endless amusement out of it!

He could have used the ever faithful standards:

Every Paycheck Comes On Thursday

or

Every Person Comes Out Tired

Those are my favorites to that questions :) :) :)
