Just checking in on all of you! The dates are really filling up! I just don't know what to do with myself now that I don't have a trip to plan. Although I am working on my photopass edits and I want to put together a scrapbook for my girls with their autographs. I got awesome autograph pages thanks to hddanis on the Creative DISigns forum. Maybe once all of that is complete I can start planning another trip! lol Not sure that my hubby will go for that quite yet!

I just got a PM from a fellow swap that their fridge went missing. Please, Please, Please get a claim ticket if and when we need to check out fridge into luggage claim. Also, after getting the ticket # please pass the info onto the next person in line, so this doesn't happen to our fridge and coffee pot.

Also, I received a list of swappers who no longer have a fridge that I am going to try to help fill our gaps, but I am wondering if anyone is interested in giving their fridge up a day early or a day late to help out fellow swappers. It is no big deal if you don't want to, but I figure if we can keep it out of storage it won't get lost.

PM me if you are interested and I will let you know if your dates can help someone out.

we're ba-ack! Sad to say....

The fridge was great...um..there was no coffee pot...that's to come later, right? (we weren't expecting it and I didn't know about it until I just read the board this morning!)

We left it with luggage services yesterday...as far as claim tickets go.... The guy kept telling me over and over again that they don't give claim tickets for fridges...and I kept insisting that there wouldn't be any other way to keep track of it back there despite the fact that someone would be picking it up w/in 24 hours of us leaving it with them..... So finally I spoke to someone else who told us it would be listed under our claim ticket for the carry-on bags we left with them while we were out at the parks for the last time....

Is there a standard for this?? It was quite annoying to have to stand there and argue with the guy!! For both of us, I'm sure

Anyway... I hope our subsequent swappers enjoy their trips!!!!!!!!!! I can't think of a better place to vacation than the world!!!!!!!!!!

IT... WAS...... FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my 4 year old was beside himself and my 6 month old actually had a blast, too!

perfect weather...sunny the whole time.. a few days that were in the mid 90s and very very hot, but the rest of the time it was in the 80s and pretty manageable!

crowds weren't too bad, though I have to say thst the busses were very very crowded.... we picked which park days based on info from touringplans.com. i noticed that up until 10 am there were really no lines and then after 5 the lines were very short, too... come to think of it, the longest line we waited in was about 10-15 minutes for Soarin'....

we went back to the room each day between noon and 4....
