The Flu

...is a wonderful weight loss tool! LOL Not that I'd wish it on anyone.

I've lost all that I gained over the holidays plus 3 more pounds. My abs should be rock hard after all this coughing! I'll just have to make sure to watch it when my appetite comes back - watch out! No, seriously, this really stinks - can't wait to get back to the land of the living.

The only problem is that my throat is so sore that I need higher calorie drinks to sooth it(milk and oJ). I thought I was drinking alot before but this is getting rediculas.

My DH had this cold while at WDW don't know how he managed to get around. I'm getting winded just walking two city blocks!

DH and I both had the flu shot and while back and now we're both sick. I don't know if it's the flu or just a bad cold, but it really leaves us feeling miserable. Just trying to make it through the day is an effort. No way could I exercise! It's been almost a week. The sore throat is finally gone and the cough is getting better, but my nose is either running or so stuffed up I can't breath. I haven't had a good night's sleep in a week. Hopefully, a couple of pounds of weight loss will make up for this misery!
