Great Update!

I've only been to WDW once before, but I looooved Muppet Vision. I definitely plan on doing it in August. Ah well, to each his own! And I. LOVE. That hat. Beaker is my favorite, no doubt. If I wore hats more often this would be a total necessity for me!

Althought I can't believe you are sick of Muppetvision 3-D!
This is a must-do every time we go.
And before you get too excited, I hear they are not changing the movie - just making it digital.
They may be shooting a new pre-show video though...
And I've seen those posters on other TR's as well but never could find the queue.
Apparently I'm blind.
Where exactly is it?

As for Mama Melrose, we tried it last time and LOVED it.
It's now our favorite Italian restaurant on property.
And that's coming from a family of displaced New Yorkers who know their Italian food.

On to the gift shop - we love this one.
And the fact that it's themed to the Happiness Hotel is awesome!
My kids' favs are the "Don't Look Here" signs.
They laugh out loud every time we even talk about them!

Can't wait to hear about your flight through the galaxy with good ol' "Rex" Herman!

Ugh I am disappointed about the movie I have been seeing the same one since I was 2 so it is hard for me to want to see it any more. I am a huge Muppet fan and changing the movie over will make it look better but I just think they need a new one.

If you are standing right infront of Muppet Vision 3d facing the building the queue will be on your right and it wraps around the back of the building.

I talked my mom into going to Mama Melrose's for our August/September trip so I am excited!

There is so much to look at in that store! Great theming!

I am glad someone finally figured it out I really didn't think it would be that hard!

My DS15 still talks about those onion rings, and we haven't had them since 2007! They are delicious!

I've never actually been in the Muppet store before, but that will be a must do for this trip because it looks so cool.

They also have an Animal one that was really cute too! You will have to look around and take pics!

OK, those posters are pretty awesome! Pirates of the Amphibian is great. So is the High School Mayhem one. Love it!

I thought Kermit looked pretty awesome dressed up as Captain Jack Sparrow!

I'm actually hoping that Disney never changes that Muppets 3-D movie. It's one of the last times Jim Henson did the voices! Like someone mentioned above, they are making it digital and refurbing the seats, etc. Should give it a fresh, new look!

I am just sick of seeing the same one over and over again I also am thoroughly annoyed by that 3d creature that turns into a car and stuff in it! I do think it's cool that it was the last time Jim Henson did the voices but at the end when the fire truck breaks through the wall everyone's clothes and DHS itself is all outdated

It would be a better movie if I hadn't seen it so many times

I actually haven't worn it since I got home but I have it hanging up in my room and I got a lot of use out of it on our vacation!

Yes finally those of you who haven't figured out the Peewee Herman clue will get your answer!!!!

Peewee Herman is the voice of Rex your guide to Endor!
I honestly love this ride! I don't ride it that often but I am a Star Wars fan and love the ride and the theming. Those of you who saw how anti old movies I am (ex: wanting a new Muppet movie)will be surprised to learn that I would not change a thing about Star Tours! I ended up taking a lot of pictures in line knowing it would be undergoing refurbishment soon. Surprisingly the line was pretty long!

These are pictures of the screen playing short clips of different planets you can travel to.

Like I said I am a Star Wars fan and would love a pin of Goofy, Donald and Mickey "dressed up" as this band and playing their instruments! I am not sure if they have one like it but if anyone has seen one let me know!

I think it's really cool how these guys move and press buttons up in the control deck

I had never noticed those birds before! They sit on the ledge right over the entrance to the boarding queue.

One of my favorite parts of the ride are the pre show movies! I really wanted to take a pic of the Storm Troopers being told to put their weapons away I forgot that the part with the Storm Troopers was after you got loaded into the ship and had already stowed my camera
I also have always wanted to be on a ride where the Storm Troopers walked on... Guess I have to time my ride for right after a Jedi Training Academy

After my somewhat bumpy flight I was headed off to.....

Caitlin took a lot of pics thinking it would be her last ride on Star Tours but now the refurb isn't starting til Sept.8 so she and her dad will get one last journey. You just get to look forward to the new version

I have never ridden Star Tours so I made Caitlin explain it all to me today

Since we both had cameras we tried to take pictures of things we hadn't photographed before and we tried to get pics different from one another. That was a bit of a task!
