YES!! I was so thrilled that my pic was chosen. I was browsing the previous week's Allears newsletter and thought it would be cool to have a pic chosen for 'photo of the week'. Really it was because so many people commented in my TR about how nice that particular photo was - that's what made me choose it! I'm chuffed!

As for the sorry state of this TR what can I say! The desire to finish it is always there and I will. I've just been ridiculously slow about it.
I know many of these posts I'm replying to are from eons ago but I'll give it a blast anyway.... the last thing I want to do is gratuitously bump this bad boy but here goes.....

did have a magical time in Disneyland Paris. It was excellent!
Poor little 'Alice' though got very sick over there (chest infection / asthma all triggered by a virus). We had a doctor out to the hotel and basically we just took turns staying with her for the last 3 days. Would have come home early only it would have been hell for her to travel. She ended up in hospital the following week. She's fully recovered now though.
But the first few days were brilliant. The weather was actually amazing as in no rain all that week. But the cold, dear God the cold.
I would've cried except the tears turned to icicles too fast! I'd highly recommend Disneyland Paris though!
so excited to hear Disney is in your not so distant future. I just planned a "last minute/value season/good airfare have to grab it" trip that morphed from a long weekend into 7 days(thank you honey!)
Don't worry about finishing your TR, we will still be here when you get back

We don't drink green beer, even on St Patrick's Day, lol! But people regularly eat corned beef and cabbage here. Mostly the older generation. We had it at least once a week growing up. I hate the smell of it.
I've been a vegetarian for over 20 years. I wonder why!
