#daliadippolito - I know defense gets the same amount of time as the State but Claypool did say he only needed 45 mins...it's 1 hr 15 min

Good morning. Well I wonder if we will get a verdict today. I give up on predicting jury's anymore. That Capo trial in Hawaii is about the craziest one I have heard so far. Those poor jurors have been on the trial since June. . And some days they would only be in court for 15 mins and then let go for the rest of the day. They have come back with 17 questions. And so far they have been at it for 9 days I think. I would hate to be a juror over there.

He changes his mind on a dime.
Now he says she a mother AND? She wouldn't be the first mother who committed a crime and went to prison.
Does he think that can sway the jury? Just so strange........
