Son #2 getting married in Narragansett, RI on August 8th!!!

He and his fiancee live in WASH DC but they met at law school in Rhode Island hence having the wedding there!!!!

Ohhhh...Narragansett! Lovely! My Rhode Island daughter and Rhode Island future son-in-law are getting married in Orlando in the fall, then having another reception in Rhode Island a few weeks later, also in Narragansett. (Long story. ) Their original wedding date was August in Orlando but Disney canceled their venue. And wasn't that a stressful few days. LOL Everything had been all set. Thankfully in the end the new date is really much better for Orlando and everything is all set…again. She also called me about three weeks ago from a bridal salon telling me she had changed your mind about her original dress and could I come to the bridal salon to see the new one she fell in love with. Oi. The first dress was beautiful but both of us had some doubts which neither of us really fully admitted to the other. The new address is stunningly beautiful…absolutely gorgeous.

I just read on a TRAVIS FB PAGE that there will be a ONE HOUR notice once the VERDICT HAS BEEN REACHED.

I am so sure CNN as well as HLN will be covering this.

Possibly more channels.

I am also reading NUMEROUS polls and soooooo many more are calling for the verdict to be DEATH!!!!!!!!!

I forgot that they give warning for verdict readings! Awesome!

I made it to Disneyland last July. It was wonderful. I hadn't been there in about 20 years so many things were different, but many the SAME. I would love to see the diamond castle!!

Mare, Congratulations!! Where in Disney is your daughter getting married?
My daughter was married in the Wedding Pavilion and the reception was at The Atlantic Dance Hall in February 2008.
7 years later people still talk about how wonderful it was.

Well congratulations for the upcoming day. Bet your excited. I still remember when your Mike was doing camp here in NM. My they grow up fast.

Your son and new DIL will have their anniversary 10 days before Lady H and I do.

We're doing a road trip with some really good friends of ours. They're on a limited budget so no DL this year. Before that though, we'll be headed to New York. So no way we could sneak in a DLR trip. I'll have to enjoy the 60th anniversary through everyone's pics.

Weddings - yay! Mare- when in the fall? Humidity breaks here middle to end of October. Really nice after that. Especially if you are wearing a wedding dress.

We are from SoCal and final got back to DL for Christmas. Crazy busy but we are pros - we did okay. Hoping to go back in June to see my castle all decked out.

OMG!!! What a gorgeous location! Whenever my husband and I head down to Narragansett or Gallilee we drive past there and I always commented that I wondered what it was. A while back there was an article in the paper about it that my DH cut out for me. Interesting history and just lovely! I can't wait to tell DH that I kind of know someone whose son is getting married there!

Um, yeah, I meant dress. Sheesh! smh No matter how many times I reread something before I post, something still gets past me and that drives me crazy!!

Anyone else feel as though Juan could have done more with his closing statement. I was expecting a slam dunk and feel as though it was more of a layup. Maybe he couldn't but I would have loved for him to follow up Nurmi by saying that Jodi was just 27 but so was Travis, Nurmi asked the jury to not take away Jodi's life but she brutally took away Travis'. I would have also liked him to hit the cover up again, the stories of the ninjas and the lies.
