Ok so, I've been following for weeks on my phone, which wouldn't let me create my account... Now that I'm home and settled, I've got my account set up. I'm bummed I missed the initial FE cutoff though, I hope we get enough interest for a second group!

I haven't seen much by way of families with toddlers... anyone else venturing out with their little ones?

I think you are the only one with a toddler so far.

Don't worry about FE if we don't get more than 10 new cabins before August 27 we will add the second group to the first.

Hello! My 9 year old daughter is looking to find a pen pal. If there is any 9 -11 year old girls out there who would like to have a pen pal prior to the cruise, please let me know. What a great way for the girls to start to get to know each other before the big cruise. My daughter wasn't thrilled with the clubs last cruise, so this may make it a little better and gives them something to do this summer.

My daughter would probably would like to. She is only 6 though, but a prolific writer, her spelling is a little iffy though PM me if your daughter is interested and we can exchange addresses.

Less than 5 months and 150 days away

I think we have decided on our Halloween costumes so that will give me something to focus on over the next few months. I have all my fish extender bits bought and will also have those to make.

I would like to know who the kids favourite disney character is. I may include that element in my FE and it may be useful for others.

I just got done looking over the Magic Halloween cruise trip report that gilsan posted the link for in the first post of this thread. That is a crazy amount of work & people in that group for sure. I LOVED the custom lanyards!!! Those were amazing. I wish I felt like I could take on one more thing & I would try & get those started for this group too. What a neat idea so that all of the dis'ers on the cruise could easily spot on another & know who should be involved in the Halloween dis activities.

I guess I better just work on the day of the dead trivia in my "spare" time for now.

I was just looking at lanyards this evening.

When I mentioned it to my husband he said he could source them. So if people are interested in custom lanyards we can design and order them. The easiest would be for us to price them out and have everyone pay for them through paypal. We could then order them and hand them out at the meet and greet.

Is there anyone in the US that would want them shipped to their house and be responsible for bringing them to the cruise. I live in Canada and to ship them to me would increase the cost plus the hassle with customs. If we ship to someone in the US often shipping within the USA is free or fairly cheap.

So basically I would collect the money through paypal for those who want them. I would order and pay for them with the paypal money and have them shipped to an American in our group who would bring them to them cruise.

Hopefully that makes sense.

If you are interested in a custom lanyard post how many you would want. This also will need a cut off date around the beginning of September. I would collect the money at that time since we would have a accurate idea of the cost based on the number ordered. I will get Jay to give me a ballpark number so it makes it easier to decide.

That would work out well. The price looks like $2-$4 depending on number ordered and any extra's we would want. If we get 100 it will be closer to $2.

Okay....now that I've read this post instead of the FB one about the lanyards, I've changed my mind There are 4 of us....so just let me know.

I just got my shipment of part of my FE trinkets...yeah! Need to order the other half and start making the rest! It'll be easy, just have to take the time to do it
