So last year we were at the fair and the llama in their cage thing tried to spit on me! I swear he looked like he was going to eat me.

Have any of you had problems with the animals at the fair???

i've never been to a fair so no. But at the zoo animals seem to always turn around when i'm there.

My mom never allows me to go to the fair. She's afraid i'll run away with it. But...I have been to Donkey Day.

I haven't had any problems with the fair and there animals but usally I hate going to the fair because I'm always afraid the rides will brake and the people that work there scare me.

Ahh, our fair is extremely ghetto. The people that work there freak me out.

Nevertheless, the animals are always nice to me. I feel sorry for them though.

At our county fairs we have animals but I never go to those.
I go to our carnivals instead, their way funner. [haha]

I seriously loathe the Florida State fair.

But a local Catholic church throughs a medium sized fair every year called the November fest. It's pretty clean, and has fun rides and the local dance studios put on shows in the big tent. Everyone looks forward to it.

But that's really sad about the llama in the cage. I went to the florida state fair a few years ago and they had a florida panther in an extrmely small cage. Well, it was a tiny bit better than a cage because it had like a fake rock formation and a tree, but still really sad. A kid through a water bottle at the poor baby and I went over to him and started screaming and yelling about how lovely those creatures are and how there were only 60 left in the whole world and how would he like to have trash thrown at him blah blah blah.

Yeah, that infuriated me.

I'm sorry, this is off topic but it reminded me of the camel that is in the Magic Kingdom in adventure land that spits. It's so funny to watch people walk by that don't know it spits and they get hit with water. again sorry for being off topic.

I don't remember the fair.
But this year the Jonas Brothers are going to be playing at ours, so I'm trying ot get my parents to take me.

I had a goat bite a hole in my shirt once.

I dunno. I don't spend much time with the animals at the fair. I'm usually in the AG building doing demonstrations or meet and greets, or working.

I Don't really go to our fair.

But 2 years ago the FFA and some other groups had like earth day thing and they brought a goat to our school. Well while everyone was eating lunch some kid went and unlocked the gate to the pen and the goat got out. It was running all over campus. People were practically jumping at it. Once they cornered it in they grabbed the goat but it got away. Then it went into one of our classrooms and the teacher kept laughing. They shut all the doors except the one it went in.

All of us were outside laughing. Even the people trying to catch the goat were laughing. The goat ran back outside. Finally they got it like on our football field. :rotfl: But that's the only animal trouble I've ever seen.
