The Fabby LapuLapuettes Part IV: My Pineapple Needs a Refill!

I agree. I'm so glad they're splitting it, it's just too much to fit into one film. Which makes me wonder exactly how they're going to divi it up.

My theory is.......I hope I am not spoiling the book for anyone.......but after they leave Malfoy's Manor, I think they will end with that since after that it's pretty detailed and they can't leave too much out. If you don't know what part I am talking about....you can PM me. I don't want anyone coming after me for ruining the book! :rotfl:

I love Sea World, I want to get over there soon.

We had a GREAT day at Sea World. It was a little crowded but not unbearable. They're building a new coaster, Manta, right in the middle of the park, so it gets a little congested with all of the walls up, but it's supposed to open around Memorial Day so I think after that it'll clear up. If you like coasters, this looks like a great ride. At the end of the day we were able to watch them test it with an empty set of cars.

There's a new coater at US as well called Rip, Ride and Rock It. The coaster itself looks INCREDIBLE! And from what I understand you can set a "soundtrack" to your ride and purchase a video afterward.

I'm dying to go on the Simpsons ride.

Ohhhhhh, the Simpsons ride. BF and I decided to give it a shot, even though neither one of us has much luck when it comes to simulator rides. Often they just result in a whole lot of nausea for both of us. And, unfortunately, this was no exception. About 10 seconds in we both had to close our eyes. It's too bad because it sounded like a well done attraction. When we got home I looked up the ride on YouTube and was able to watch the whole thing.

I know exactly what part you're talking about. And yes, it does get rather complicated from there on, so that could be an excellent breaking point.

Gosh, I don't remember the last time I went to Sea World. I should definitely put that on a future trip agenda, I'm sure DS would love it.

And yet another reason to add Universal to a future trip. DH LOVES thrill rides. Loves, loves, loves em. He could really have a great time there. :thumbsup2

Since I'm ridiculously proud that I got all of our pics from the recent vaca uploaded a mere 3 days since our return and since I know some of you have an interest in US/IOA/SW, I thought I'd share some of them with you...

Waiting to get into IOA on our first day:

So, that's it. Sorry they're kind of big. I thought I'd resized them smaller than that but I guess not!

Heidi - I was asking my folks where my brother's new vacation place is in NH. They were pretty sure it was in North Conway, or thereabouts at any rate.

That puts them within a 1/2 hour from most of the White Mtn. attractions and about 1 to 1 1/2 hours from the Lakes Region.

I've been able to ride motion simulators without many problems except for the old Back to the Future ride at US. I only rode that once and came off bruised, sick and feeling like I had whiplash. It was horrible.

I can't wait to go up there. My nieces can't wait for a family trip to Storyland.

Consider yourself warned. The Simpsons ride IS the old Back to the Future ride. And it is still rough. Cute ride and all, and Homer is hysterical, but it was far too much for me.

Tink, I love the new pics. Nice to have a pic to put with your DBF. Your such a cute couple!

Aww. Thanks!

Tink, I love the pics of Bruce under the cartoon bubbles. And you know I think you're adorable, especially on the step. Too bad for the closed eyes, but still cute.

Great photos! :goodvibes

Hey ladies (any gents out there???)!

I know some of you used to follow my TR before it got all sorts of combined with my PTR and moved to the completed boards in my hiatus.

But, it's BACK!!! (though in a new location LOL)

If you'd like to continue to read the Disney adventures of 'Tink and Missy' go: HERE!.

Right now it's the old stuff, but I should have a new chapter up by the end of the week.
