One more question - Do you like to wear Capris or Shorts? We are going April 1st thru the 9th.
I would wear what I was comfortable in. I have both and in April it will start to be HOT, so most likely shorts would be all I could handle.
As for riding the rides, don't worry you will fit fine! Trust us!!
And I agree with PP, I would put the 2 older kids in the row in front of me and me and the younger one directly behind them. That way you can watch them, and still be able to ride with the young one.
Also, even though kids go go go, at WDW most everyone needs down time, so take advantage of that. Insist on it, that way the kids (or anyone else) don't melt down.

Have fun, relax and enjoy!!
I am a nurse and work on my feet all day long. You would think this would have prepared me for my first adult Disney trip several years ago but NOPE!! What I have found works for me is a few things. First I start walking as much as possible as often as possible leading up to my Disney trip each year. I'd like to say I stay motivated and walk year round but I live in South Texas and I don't walk in summer its just too dang hot!!
Second I take ibuprofen with me to Disney and I take it morning, noon and night every day. This helps soooo much. Way more than you think it would.
Finally I make sure I take breaks and don't try to do too much. When I go its just me and my son and he hates to rush, he always has, so that really helps - he's happy to take it easy with me. Even if you have faster moving folks in your party find a way to have it work for you, either they meet your pace or let your energetic members be your fast pass runners. I went with my sister and her hubby one year, she's pooh sized like me and he's not so he was our runner. Our kids were small then and they had little legs so we hung with them and he didn't get bored going at our slow pace. Do your best with shoes but my guess is that its not your shoes, its just the strain of all that walking on a hard surface. Have a lot of fun!!!

My trip was only 4 days of parks and we were rushing to get things done but I swear my feet were going to fall off.
I let my guard down and just had fun and it was great. I fit comfortably on all the rides we went on except one...Astro Orbiter. Yes, I know, some others have already pointed this out but it was day 4 and everything had been going so well that I really just didn't think about it until I sank down into that awful container. LOL It sucked getting out but I did it
I had to look really hard, its not a very big tube but you don't use as much as you think you would. I have found, suprisingly, that I don't generally need it but my son uses it a lot. I am pooh sized and he is not so maybe his skin is just more sensitive than mine. He gets rub rashes a lot when we are at Disney and this stuff has been a life saver for us. Cause when he's uncomfortable he's grumpy! Good luck!
