Season finale is tonight. I kind of don't want to bother watching it since the show has been cancelled.

Anyone going to watch, or is not even worth it since it won't be back? I personally will watch it even though the questions it will undoubtedly raise will be unanswered.

Oh man! I hadn't heard that it was cancelled! Why does that always happen to shows that I get into???

DH was ready to NOT watch last week since it got the axe, but I begged him to stick it out. What's another two episodes when you've come this far, right? I hope tonight's episode is a good one. If not, oh well...it's just an hour of my life. :rotfl:

I know TeresaBelle, it stinks!

There is a thread about all the shows that were cancelled. Off the top of my head, The Event, V, Mr. Sunshine, Chase, Better with You were all cancelled. There were a bunch more on the list though.

I'll watch it just because I want to see how it ends. I really liked the show at first but lately it has become ridiculous. Last week they were able to find Sophia's hideout by using an old receipt and archived satellite images, yet when they wanted to find out where the virus was shipped to they couldn't do that same thing and were instead stuck w/ deciphering something on one of Sophia's laptops. It doesn't make any sense.

Oh my gosh!! I thought that WAS the finale last week. I would have missed it.

Liked it in the beginning, didn't like it, it went on hiatus, decided to try when it came back, love it, poof :wizard: gone!

My fault, sorry guys

I'll be watching, but I feel betrayed. My contract with DirectTV is up in November, and I'm thinking it's time for me to just cancel TV and use Netflix only. It seems like this always happens with a show I like.

Actually the ending was interesting, bringing a whole planet...I was thinking they were just going to bring people in big groups.

It did confirm the one thing that I thought about the whole time, the First Lady was one of the aliens.

I am not happy they axed it, but we can always pretend that some of the aliens survived and used technology to colonize the moon, and everyone, earthlings and aliens, lived peacefully.

Kind of sounds like Battlestar Galactica with cleaner costumes and brighter lighting.

And kind of also sounds like "V" while we're at it too.

agnes!

I really liked this show, and annoyed that they canceled it, just like Flash Forward. I liked the ending and thought it had a lot of potential for next season.

for some reason my dvr didn't record it lat night and I can't get it on the internet. Hoping they release it to see on my computer soon.

Me too! I turned to DBF and said "told ya she was one of them!"

At the very end, when they brought the planet over, everyone was looking up at it in disbelief.

then they showed the presidents wife and son looking up at the planet and the son says, "What is that?" and the presidents wife is smiling while looking up and she says, "home." then it ends.

I missed that...I need to go rewatch.

For those who enjoyed this series, the cancellation was not enjoyable. Ratings started reasonably strong, but declined steadily by December, and fell off a cliff after an extended hiatus return in March.

If you got up to answer the phone or use the restroom, there’s a good chance you would be completely lost when you returned to the television, since the timeline jumped around.
