Has anyone stayed at this resort? Any info is greatly appreciated. We are thinking of going for labor day weekend.

We stayed there quite a few years ago but not on points. It was in the winter time and they had a ski package for Stratton Mountain that we purchased. My DH golfed there in the fall on another occasion and loved it. Labor Day weekend should be beautiful. It is a beautiful resort just outside Manchester VT. Great shopping and restaurants if you want to step outside the hotel.

We live in the Berkshire’s in Massachusetts and can travel to Manchester and Arlington VT in about an hour and a half. We have stayed at the Equinox and found it to be very nice - more so for adults than kids. It is a gorgeous historical hotel with lots of charm. In the summer there are trails to walk, golf and sites to see. The weather should be similar to your in Maine around Labor Day, perhaps a little to cool for the outdoor pool but nice. My daughter and her husband spent a weekend there recently and tell me that there is a new spa and indoor pool that should be open by now. Manchester is nice, like Kittery with all kinds of outlets. There is a certain amount of summer culture in the area. The Equinox offers a Land Rover driving school and a school of falconry during the year. I’d check out their web site for more info.
