Just checking even though I think the answer is yes, but...

We sail on the Dream on 12/18. This trip is in lieu of birthday parties for both of my kids. My son turns 12 11 days before we leave (on 12/7) and my daughter will be 11 3 days after the trip (she's a Christmas baby) - and yes, the math is right...they're 12 months and 18 days apart. :)

Anyway, my daughter will technically still be 10 on the cruise, shy of 11 by just a week when we board. Will she still be allowed into The Edge? The practical part of me says yes, any reasonable person would allow it, but just wanted to see what you guys thought.

Thanks!!

Take a look at the Navigator when you board to see when you can attend the Edge open house and talk to the counselors. If your daughter is only a week shy of her birthday I doubt they'd have any problem letting her join in. We were on the Dream back in June and my 12 yo dd was in Edge with some kids who had just had their 11th birthdays. And in case you were wondering, my dd LOVED the club. It was the coolest thing in the world, and it was all we could do get her out of it for dinners and family time. The counselors were a lot of fun to be with, and all the kids had a great time with the technology in there (and it's loaded with technology).

Happy cruising. Hope all goes well.
