The "Dumbo or Die" Pre Trip report.. updated 9/5

So I got up early..logged on to the dining site..and nope..site not recognizing my ressie number..awesome...gag..wth? So I wait and wait then call at 7 on the dot. I get the BEST CM and in 18 minutes I have 9 ADR's, all where I wanted when I wanted and I am so excited!!


So here they are:

Sept 17th ~ CRT 6:50 pm

Sept 18th ~ 50's Prime Time 1:10pm

Sept 19th ~ Garden Grill 5:20 pm

Sept 20th ~ Yak and Yeti 2:30 pm

Sept 21st ~ TRex 4:00 pm

Sept 22nd ~ Teppan Edo 1:00 pm

Sept 23rd ~ Cape May 5:00 pm

Sept 25th ~ O'Hana 7:30 am

Sept 26th ~ Chef Mickey's 11:00 am

Ok, Sorry I checked out there for a little bit. But, I'm so glad you got all the ADRs you wanted and when you wanted them. That's exciting! when we went in 2009 my kids loved T-Rex and OHana's. We were going to do Free Dining and the kids wanted to try 1900 Park Fair and Crystal Palace, but they opted for more days instead. I know your kids will have a blast and you'll come back with great pictures for us!

We have dates for travel and 2 of our 7 need to fly. SW has gone from 155 to 160 each way per person.. I didn't have the funds to book the airfare when we booked the trip ..it's gone up a little since then. I still don't have the funds but I could use the business CC and pay it back in a month.

What, historically, are the chances the fares will drop? Or worse..go up more?

Sept 17-27 even potentially the 16th they could fly in..help!

Hey Popping in from the POFQ thread. Just finished your Ponchos TR and had to come over to this one. SO glad to see DS got his head on straight and is now seeing "happy girl" - I also was hoping this throughout your other TR!

Glad to see you got your tix booked. Try not to stress too much (of course, I am too so who am I to give advice? LOL) over paying for it all. I have a feeling it will work out for both of us in the end.

Yes i am also glad Noah got his head on straight! In fact happy girl is over as I type..LOL..

Yeah I makre really good money in the summer working 3-6 nights a week bartending so it will all work out.. it's just stressful..LOL

we picked the 25th for MNSSHP..as long as I can afford the tickets..LOL

I'm kinda hitting the panic button too! We have a garage sale on Saturday and I found a TON of junk in my house that I didn't even know was there! Pray that other people want to pay $$ for my junk.

Today I finally had time to get our countdown done!

poster board, tape, printed images , glue sticks, post it notes and scissors..

2 posterboards tapes together then covered in pictures

then covered with post it notes and numbered

This is the cutest idea ever! I might have to borrow this idea and use it for my niece, nephew, and sister in law's Mom (She is probably the most excited in the family!) Our dates are so close to yours! Sooooo excited!!

She feels much better but still has a sore throat. Took her in last week for another strep test..it was negative.. no clue why it;s still sore

Just found your PTR today. We will be there Sept 18-25! Was suppose to be dining at Garden Grill the same time too, but I ended up changing our schedule around! Now I'm off to read your last TR and find out about this crazy girlfriend that everyone's talking about!
