Well what can I say about last night - AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! But more later. pirate:  :joker:

We decided to have a lazy day due to the late night we were going to have and went to Wet N Wild. This park is ok but nothing compared to the Dis Parks!

The changing rooms were in a poor condition and there were no individual cubicles - everyone had to get undressed and dressed together!!!

Also you have to pay $6 for an inflatable tube (you get $2 back) there were approx 6 free inflatables in the lazy river which is obviously on a first come first served basis.

After burning my legs we returned to the hotel for a shower and to get ready for Halloween Horror Nights.

Hair Done, Make up done and nappy on(!!!) we got a taxi to Universal and arrived at 6.15 and the party was already in full swing.

Chain saw men, smoke, freaky ghouls, smoke and more smoke. We decided to do the Psyco house first. We waited half an hour and you could see that they get huge lines for these houses. After screaming like mad and getting a sore throat from the 1st house we decided to buy a express pass even though they were $30 but they were sold out. So we said we would buy them for tomorrow night but they said these were sold out also but they may have some at Guest Services or tomorrow morning.

We went to Guest services who said they are sold out for both nights but because we had been mislead she gave us fast passes for 3 houses to use which were great!!!!!

Have to say that all houses were fab and fun and it was a party atmosphere all round.

We were going to wait for the Jack show but a cast member said the next show was midnight so we went and did Jaws in the dark !!! and psyco again and came back for the Jack show at 11:35. There werent many people around so we asked another cast member and he said they last show was 10.40!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At this point DH was not very happy and marched off to Guest Services again.

We explained and they were very apologetic and DH mentioned about the express passes again and they looked surprised because all of a sudden they had some - hooray !!!! We said we would have 2 and he then said that will be $52.00 each plus tax!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In a matter of hours they had gone from being sold out to having some at nearly double the price!!! We told them where to stick it!!! Not happy with Universal about this. Just a money making scam !!!!

Didnt spoil our night and we had a great time. Going to see if we can catch the event at Busch Gardens.

Off to the Florida Mall today and then back to Universal again for another Horror Night.

Tomorrow we are driving over to Busch and then onto Clearwater Beach for a few days. So maybe a couple of days before I can post again.

sounds like you had fun :sunny:

Sounds great, but I can't decide whether I would enjoy HHN or not....I am such a wuss  DBF would love to go though :thumbsup2

I don't think I would be brave enough to go in those houses. Lovely report.

We are not big fans of WetnWild either - Clearwater beach is awesome, brings back some great memories of our trips there, many years since we have been.

EP are definatley a $$$$ making scheme for USF. I did buy them last year for our 1st park day is Gavin hadnt been before and I didnt want queuing to ruin his 1st day, in the end we were up so early the park was dead anyway!
