Kim the ceremony was short and sweet. I was very proud of DS. He is a very good student and really enjoys the learning process. He just amazes me each day.

Oops, got to run. DH is calling. He sent me an email apology today. Boy do I have him trained or what.

After that I need to do some planning stuff for my subbing assignment that starts next Tuesday. You all have a nice evening.

Mar I think the OP wouldn't disagree w/you and the kind of meaningful way you seem to enjoy the holidays WITH gifts--my family's also in NYC and the gift-giving is OUTRAGEOUS. SO much money on a single gift-it makes me kind of sick too. I think he wouldn't mind your mom's clean nylons filled with "from-the-heart-not-necessarily-the pocketbook" goodies. You old softie-I knew there was a mushie spot beneath the axel grease and battle armor.

Jeannie, thanks for the support (and not in my mother's stockings LOL) Chuck and I spoil the kids and grandkids, but we have fun doing it. But if we gave them a stocking like the one my Mom gave us, they would tell us it was the best gift they ever got. It's all in the way we were all brought up and the way we think. (Marilyn swears...damn, this axle greese is hard to get off)

(lilboo creaks open Sherry's barely slept in room-gasp!-it is a shrine! Every corner is plastered with Cam Mathison's image(aka "Ryan Lavery")...and inside all gagged and tied up is the REAL SHERRY HERSELF!!! . Stealth bomber Sherry was actually a diabolical twin!!!-gasp, again!!! Call PV police and don't forget that HANDSOME Dr. Martin-no personality-but my what a handsome buil...I mean bedside manner. )
