Michele I like Tiger Balm a lot better than Ben Gay. I have fibromyalgia so I can injure a muscle alot faster than the average person. I have found TB takes the pain away much faster than Ben Gay does. A couple of days ago I couldnt even turn my head or move my one arm without pain...all that from twisting my neck too far....and now the pain is almost gone.
