Now I can finish dinner and the cookies for the PTA, pack another box for camp, make a list of crafts and food that needs to be bought tomorrow, make a list of questions for ds's teacher conference tomorrow, stuff the sleeping bags back into their stuff sacks, pack camp stuff for the dog (did I mention we are taking Zoe? ), check homework and put another load of laundry in!! .........I'm tired.
One more thing! Put on a fresh pot of coffee!!!

Jeannie, cheek warmers, huh? How cool is that?! And Jay, would you like to come give my DH a few lessons? When we were transferred here, DH lived with his mom during the week, and came home on the weekends. In the year between the time he was transferred and the time we sold the house and came up, my MIL undid the 18 years of good training I had in. I just pray it doesn't take me another 18 years to whip him back into shape!

OH M'GOSH!! I'll never get caught up on this thread! You guys were BUSY today!! Ya'll had fun without me...not fair!!

Ok, first things first!!! Not that you ladies (and Jay ) didn't already know this, BUT I have to tell you anyway. Jodie is an absolute sweetheart!!!! Ya see... I received a little package in the mail today. I'm guessing that some of you may already know what it was, but I'll tell you anyway. Well, when I picked up the package at the PO, my first thought was: "Oh poo. It's not Apolo afterall." Not unless she figured out a way to fold him really really small (and flat...can we say ouch!?) because this package was pretty skinny. Hmm.... didn't look like it could hold a... Eeeewie frog either. Curious?! Well, I get home with it, drop the 9,000 various items I carried into the house onto the couch and immediately started opening my mystery package. Guess what?!?! It WAS Apolo!! Hee hee! She sent me one of his books!! I was so shocked...Cameron rolled his eyes, and the cat... well, the cat didn't care one way or another... but I was thrilled!!! Oh. She sent me a frog too. He's on the card she sent. He's... well... ok, as far as frogs go, I suppose he's not too bad. He's green and shiny and actually rather... cough choke sputter... pretty (gorgeous card, really!) BUT let's face it...a frog is a frog is a frog. The good thing about it though, is that I didn't have to kiss the frog to get my prince!!!

Jodie, you're a DEAR friend and such a sweetie!! You made me smile so much today! Thank you!!!

Hmmm... ok now... who will send me his other book, so I won't have to make up some lame excuse for DH about why I bought it?? Hee hee!

Hi all... sorry I was kind of busy around the house and I had to go out and get a few things for my trip this weekend. Which reminds me I ought to pack my camera and spare battery & charger right now.

Maybe in the future we will have to have a last word Diserhood convention. You know, kind of like glo-con. You think Jay's wife would understand if he gathered with the girls sometime at WDW?
