The Disney Visa $200 promo

Does anyone know how we get to SHARE that promo via referral? I know a lot of people still refer others via the $200 promo. I'd like to be able to offer it to some family members (we all travel down together so we like helping each other out). Is this just for specific cardholders or can anyone share the offer via referral? I've only seen the one on my accounts where the new sign-up gets $50 (been a cardholder for years), but I still see plenty of people being able to share the $200 promo via referral.

go to chase offers and it will ask for you last name , zipcode and last four of your credit card. If you are able to refer it will give you a link to share or email.

Don't try the share via email. It's unreliable in whether or not it gets delivered and can take up to a week, much easier to copy it and email the link to your friend/family yourself.
