The Disney Premiere Passport: A Mild Rant

Well....more fun today. Arrived and pass showed up as expired at the parking garage....rude cm debating with us....finally sees that the expiration date is 12/1/14. Go to guest relations....more time out of our day to get it sorted out. Asked us when/where/how we purchased the passes and if we renewed 12/23. This really is a joke.....Um yes, we purchased the passes on 12/1 and didn't think we spent enough, therefore elected to renew 23 days later. seriously? what kind of question is that? Hubby was beyond pissed. It is not a small amt of $ for these passes and this is a multi billion $ company. Guess the joke is on us that we continue to go spend our $ and time at Disney.

Write a detailed email to guest services via the webform on the DLR website. They read them all and they will get back to you. DLR takes problems with PAPs very seriously and if you write them (specifically, write them), you'll likely receive some form of compensation. The problem is WDW--after all these months, WDW still doesn't consider database coordination with DLR a priority. That's why these problems keep happening. (It's also why I and my DBF will probably never visit WDW again--it wasn't worth the hassle it caused us at our "home" park!) FWIW, our compensation was three days free at GCH. So really, write them.
