kizzy, it's really easy. Just go to www.tickerfactory.com choose the options you want, enter teh details like start weight and goal weight and it will give you your ticker. Then, just copy the html code for the ticker and paste it into your signature (accessed by going to User CP)
 
Just 1lb this week, so 7lb total and 5 to go.

I lost 0.5 this week, which I am kind of dissapointed by but expected as I had lost a lot the past few weeks. So in total 7.5lb lost this challenge with 2.5 to go.

Well done to everyone who has lost this week.

Just a single 1lb this week but hubbys is home after 2 weekd away so lots of treats. Also our weddind anniversary today so lots of champange and wine :sunny:
Will be good from tomorrow also starting swimming again from next week.
so fingers crossed for a better result next time

Got WW tonight so will see how my week 2 has gone.
I haven't been any worse than last week so I should have lost some more weight, but I don't feel as though I have but who knows...
will update my countdown tomorrow (hopefully!)

Just back from SW. Have lost 1.5lb this week, taking me up to 2lb total. Am going to try for a nice big loss next week, fingers crossed, to try to get back on track with my pledge.
