A great sense of humor on who's part?? If this board was primarily used by adults then I might agree. But knowing that at least half of this board is used by children....

Was it a good prank? Obviously. It got all the kids and many adults wondering if it was true or not... I just didn't think it was funny.

Oh well.

as much as i love a good joke... this wasent a great one. It wasent a funny "haha" joke kind of a "omg no way" joke and it made people feel bad. No effense kelsie but it was kind of mean to them. We all love these boards and to here they were closing was kind of heart breaking. I just didnt like it. Not to be an april fool's day scrooge or anything.

Seriously, if you were that "hurt" over the board being shut down, there is a problem..... I'll have to admit, yes, I fell for it at first and was disappointed, but gee, my life would go on!

I thought this was a rather amusing prank! LOL I have never been tricked on April Fool's day and this almost (I stress almost) had me. lol. My sister and my mom were around the computer this morning and as I walked over to them they both had the most grave looks on their faces. I asked what was wrong and my sister was trying to explain to me how the vmk boards were being closed! LOL They were serious too! I tried so hard not to laugh realizing this had to be a joke. You had them completely convinced! Anything that confuses my sister is brilliant! Rofl! Oh gosh.

I LOVE jokes, especially because they spark laughter, and it is a lot of fun to read the boards this morning! LOL Heh, until midnight tomorrow morning...no one and nothing can be trusted! lol.

Does he use the kitchen sink often? lol try wrapping a rubber band around the spray hose thing! lol. It keeps the button pressed and so when he turns on the water he will also get soaked! rofl.
