Morning all, God I wish we could all have a cup of coffee together. Well today's the first day with therapist. Plus I finally got a call for a job interview. So I'll have lots to tell tomorrow and next week.

Good morning! Hope everyone's evening last night and day today are going okay.

Overall, a good morning for me so far, and last night was a good evening. Last night, I met some friends for dinner at the mall and ended up finding a birthday present for my mom (her birthday is Monday) since there's no chance I'm going to be able to finish the cross stitch pattern I designed and am stitching for her. Not by Monday. We found that the Music Box Company had moved to a smaller location for thier Going Out of Business sale ( I loved that store ) and I found several things there. Then, the tech support guy whose been helping me with a cross stitch program that was having a problem finally figured out the solution and now I can use the program again. Both big yays!

Only for me was the *strange* and a little disturbing dreams I had last night (again. Sigh).

But things are brighter this morning, weather's nice, and it's almost Friday.

As for me....looks like it is shaping up to be a good weekend for the hubby and I....Today instead of a short 5 min call, we talked for almost an hour.. Of course we had some fun too...
But thats for another thread.

I have a dr appointment with the my therapist on Monday. I have a regular dr appointment tomorrow. My 6 mo check up. Basically bloodworkup and the like...nothing to bad...I worry about hubby though....lots of stomach issues. Hopefully we can get something stronger for him...

To the rest, Happy Thursday. Hope everyone is doing well

Hang in there chell. I agree that we all have those husband issues sometimes. Mine have been massive at times. Vent away when you're ready, that can really help as I've discovered.

Good luck with that therapy s&k. I've been there and it really was a good thing for me.

Rajah, I noticed that the Music Box Company was closing. I'm so surprised! I thought about checking out the stuff but I don't need to be buying music boxes right now.

We're going out of town in the morning so everyone have a great weekend and please keep this thread alive. This is a great idea. Have fun Dax.

The bad part about my husband issues is that they have been going on for about the last 8 years. Sometimes I can just ignore him, but right now I can't.

This morning I'm all upset because last night he killed my computer. Not like the usual times where it just takes a little work and it can be fixed. No, this time there is no hope of fixing it. I'm pretty pissed this morning. Glad I have Internet access at work!

Morning all and happy friday. Well the appointment went very well, I'm gonna go every other week for a while then hopefully to once a month. We are looking in the direction that I'm "slightly depressed" and started me on a homeopathic remedy. Well now that you have my update I'll say have a fabulous weekend and see you guys on Monday!

He has a habit of messing with the computer to try to "make it better". Well, this time he fried the motherboard. Since he isn't working at the moment all of my pay has to go to cover every single bill we have. I don't have the extra money it will take to get it fixed. I always tell him to just leave it alone when everything is running fine. But he never listens to me.

So I guess I won't be seeing you all until next week.

s&k'smom - I'm glad to hear that the appointment went so well.

Just found out yesterday that soon-to-be-ex's lymphoma has not shrunk since the chemo in Spring. That means that he will be under-going a grueling 18 week schedule of three chemo drugs, prednisone, and monoclonal antibody therapy.

We've been separated for 21 months -- he had an affair and he moved out (across town). Of course, she was the love of his life, but once he was free (and I got the big house she wanted to live in), she didn't have the time of day for him. The only family he has is our two sons (ages 20 and 18). I don't know how involved I'm going to have to be or how involved I want to be. What I do know is that this pushes the divorce back even farther -- he needs my insurance coverage. So, I'm stuck here in limbo even longer.

Guess I should probably get back into therapy.

edie- {{{Hugs}}} for you. I know alot of people who wouldn't allow ex-dw/dh to stay on the insurance at all no matter what. You also only need to be involved as much as you want to be it's your choice. therapy is a good thing as long as it helps you. I think its a wonderful idea. I am going to see someone myself. As for your sons they are old enough to be there for him but may not old enough to handle this alone. You should be there to support them in dealing with ex's illness.

Well I really have good and bad news. The Good News is I got a Job. Bad news is DH left last night. He took all of his clothes to a friends house who he claims he is house sitting for only until Friday.(they are in boston) This is the same place he claims he is going to stay until he can afford a place of his own. He said he may be back on Fri until they work things out with him staying there. I doubt he will be back. Dorian for the most part hasn't realised it happened. I think tonight will be the night he realises. I have to find some kind of daycare for him that will start tomorrow. I can't believe he left me hanging on the wire at the last day. I can't not start work tomorrow because I don't have daycare so I am at a loss. I can't wait til 9am so I can start making calls. Just some pd I get daycare. I need to work so I can survive. And the world goes round and round!!

Edie, you are doing a good deed. It may be hard, in the future you'll know you did all you could and more.

Job interview today, and another on Wednesday (the one I really want).

I know this is pure vanity but I got into a two piece bathing suit yesterday. I don't know why but it felt so good. I haven't been in one since I had my kids.
