alex are you guys flying non stop or changing planes in honolulu?
We used to stop in Honolulu before there were direct flights. The direct flights cost extra, but we use them because it takes so much less of our precious vacation time. :cool1:

GEESH, I can't imagine stopping in Honolulu and having a bit of a layover with small children, what a hassle!

when we went, we flew into honolulu and went over and got on a local airline to take us to maui...no layover at all...

Alaska flies directly into Maui now.. Have I mentioned that that is my favorite airline? :lmao:

Bye Lynn.

Staley, you should be on a commercial for them! Get free upgrades and flights ALL the time! :thumbsup2

Alex!! Tall Ships are coming back to Tacoma! Did you go when they were here a few years ago? It is over the 4th of July weekend, and I know that Alex is going to LOVE IT!!:cool1: :cool1:

I know it! Seriously, we have only flown Alaska, the one time we flew SW, it was so different, it threw us all off.

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Tell him we wont be ALL morning! Nothing like riding space mountain after an early morning piece of cake! :lmao:
That's exactly what I told him, I figured it would be maybe 9 - 11. :confused3
Of course, now that we're meeting up at 8:15ish, it may as well be all morning. I'm not sure they'll even have rolled out of bed yet. :rotfl:

And it's not so much that I mind that they get into the park, or the idea necessarily of taking Ds3 along to meet you all Saturday morning (though truly, I'd rather not!) But then what are we supposed to do after nap? Ds3 will be rarin' to go then. And he and DS7 will be whooping it up in the park, not like they're going to leave and spend time with us, I'll bet! :sad2:

Hey, here's a question:

We've only gone in the fall (twice) and Feb (once), so I was wondering what time the sun will be going down in late April, and how quickly the temp drops?

I'm asking because the boys love to hit the pool in the evening, and I'm thinking the temps have to be better in April than in Sep/Oct! :lmao:

Yes Southwest is very different but I like the attitude onboard. If you get a fun crew that is.

Well, I better clean up the kitchen a little before dh comes home tonight. They are stuck in traffic so I have to take Jake with me again to get Morgan. I think I'll try to feed him some chicken soup broth then send him to bed for the night. Poor kid.

I'll be over at my moms for a little then probably back on later if I'm not too tired.

Yes, I know! :yay:

I forget who we flew last time, it was in 2002. Alaska's direct flight is fairly new, right?

I'm not one to ask. :lmao: I'll have gloves and 2 sweatshirts on past 4pm.

I think I saw a weather forecast of about 79 during the day and 58 at night.

No, I don't think so. I vaguely recall going on a military vessel with a little boy, can't remember if it was DS7 when he was little, or maybe one of my nephews. It was all he could talk about beforehand, but then actually on the ship he was, "Ehhh." :confused3 :confused3 :rotfl2:

Not sure if the boys would love that or not, I'll see if I can find something about it and review it with them. :)

I just checked the 10-day forecast. Sunset tonight is 7:24 PM. And the 10-day forecast goes through 4/24, WOOHOO!!! :woohoo:

The daytime temps look surprisingly low this week, upper 60s to 70s.
