Dizzy, on Friday the 25th, we are planning to have breakfast: me, Staley, Bernice, possibly Shawna. You are more than welcome to join us. I think we're just going to eat somewhere that has Mickey pancakes, like Riverbelle. Anyone who wants to come is more than welcome. We are just going to chill and ride rides and you are welcome to join us.

He's right next to me, actually. He's trying to con me into giving him a 3rd breakfast! This is my picky eater, the one who doesn't eat much!

He ate a bowl of Cheerios this morning, then I made myself some toast after we took DS7 to school and he wanted some of it, so I shared. Then he wanted a gogurt (do you know what those are?) so he ate one of those. Now he wants me to make HIM some toast. WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH MY SON???

I read in one of my DL guide books that CMs have a collection of photos from Splash that they call FLASH MOUNTAIN, girls who flashed as the photo was taken.

So I can't believe how that worked out yesterday. I seriously went with the approach I described...I called DH, asked him if I was still working at 2pm, and could I have the weekend off in two weeks, and could he call his parents to watch the kids. He was and asked if he had to move into the guest bedroom...

I guess I should explain this one. His brother has been married for probably 7 years...decided about a year or so into his marriage that he was bi...so he and his wife have had a very unique relationship (that they give us details on ). Well, he text messaged DH yesterday that "wife has a friend, I am now sleeping in the guest bedroom". So now it is kind of our joke (I SWEAR DH was adopted )

Back to the story...so I got to work, DH called his parents (after he realized I would be somewhat "safe" with Shawna, and would not do anything to get myself into trouble ) and they all agreed

wow, ok so no hand holding in the dark for you .. don't want to worry your hubby

ok, so I PMd the person in charge of VIP, told her to keep me on but if she has a wait list they can take my spot.. she kicked me off the list and told me not to worry---ohh ok.

Not quite what I meant -- that's what I get for waffling I guess.

Hubby was exasperated with me last night.. just go!! Do something differnet .. it's ok to spend money.. let Disney make some money off you.

Can You tell I don't spend money on myself very often?

Yeah, I know what go-gurt is and it seems wrong to squeeze yogurt out of a tube packaging.

Sounds like my DS, he normally doesn't eat much, always been sort of a grazer. But a couple of months before a growth spurt you can't get enough food down him. He will eat a huge dinner, ask for 2nds & 3rds. Then 10 minutes after dinner is done he's asking for a PB&J sandwich. Then he gets this panicked look around 8:15 when I tell him to brush his teeth and get ready for bed! Can't I have at least 1 or 2 more healthy snacks before I go to bed?? Like he's going to starve to death overnight!

Yep, it's true. I heard that was one of the reasons why they changed the seats for the ride. A long time ago I read this guy used to purposely sit on a bench in front of that drop and just wait for girls to flash. That is so disgusting!

Saturday is very casual, we're gathering at HoJo, I think we're just gonna sit by the pool and chat. Shawna's bringing yummies from her DH's store, and we're still trying to figure out the coffee/juice situation. I offered to make a run to Mimi's for coffee, or if it's just a couple of us we can figure it out ourselves.

Sunday Lynn has a PS at Carnation Cafe; I'm not sure who all is going, but I think I figured it was my family plus 5 others?

I know - it is going to be very weird to spend money on this trip (granted I have $200+ on my Disney Visa I can cash out ) Besides, I am sure I will have to leave DH a casino allowance...and he already went out to eat with the kids last night in a "you can't stop me from doing this you are going to DL so there" kind of tone
