:scared: No... NOT good for this recipe!

Yep! I sure am! I bought cream cheese a couple of days ago to make mini cheesecakes, but forgot to get nilla wafers. and I KEEP forgetting to get them, so I might as well go ahead with the cheesecake. This way I dont have to worry about a crust. :thumbsup2
I read the recipe and was confused that you threw the Bisquick in the mix! It looks like it has a crust... But then when I looked closely at the picture it did look like sort of a crust over the top, too, so it should be interesting. I'd love it with strawberries and strawberry juice drizzled on it, yummm!

DS7 wrote his first entry in Snowball's Diary:

"First I went home with [DS7]. I met his daddy, mama, and little brother. [DS3], his little brother, showed me his little bunny. The bunny kissed me on the nose, and it tickled!

"Then [DS7]'s mama let me watch Curious George. It was fun!"

Now Snowball and I are watching Dragon Tales together. Where did everyone go??? :rotfl:

:lmao: :lmao: how nice of you to keep him company during Dragon Tales. :thumbsup2 We are watching Babe. Waiting for the chicken to be done... so I can start on the chicken pot pie.

I have noticed that with the bisquik, it tends to settle out and make its own crust. I have made quiche with it before.. and it did that. This looks easy and tasty!

Bisquick chicken pot pie? That's one of my standard meals in this house, though we've gotten bored with it lately. I use the leftover chicken from our baked chicken night, and it's sooo easy to make! Tastes pretty good, but after awhile, Bisquick stuff gets to all tasting the same. Same thing with Campbell's soup recipes, after awhile they all start to taste the same regardless of the soup or what you're making.

Cool! :thumbsup2

I need something else to do with the leftover chicken. Oh, if you use the right amount of veggies and chicken, it tends to be a little soupy. I add all the chicken I have (including wing/drumstick meat, more than the recipe calls for), plus sometimes extra veggies. I like it thick. :)

It's great for using all the meat, because the wing and drumstick meat can be unattractive looking unless it's sort of hidden in something like this! :lmao:

But I need to figure out something else to do with the leftover chicken because we're tired of this. What do you do with leftover baked chicken? I suppose I could throw it into bbq sauce for sandwiches, or maybe teriyaki or sweet-sour sauce and put it over rice? DH loves rice, but whether he can eat stuff depends on how much fat/salt is in the sauce, I suppose.

where is the recipe for bisquik pot pie? Dh would love this. He is the chef in our house so if I made something like this he might think I'm AWESOME!

Try fried rice. :thumbsup2 Or stir fry, you can make that really healthy!

I'm sure it's on their website, but i got it off the gigantic Costco sized box of Bisquik. (For some reason it's not one of the recipes on the smaller box.)

I'll type it out if you like. :)

I got mad skillz just check my tags. :lmao:
:thumbsup2 I do okay... I just dont like to leave the kids unsupervised for long while I cook. SO I like it quick and easy!! Other wise they take it as an invitation to lose their minds!!:lmao:

Ooooo, stir fry is good! Though I think I've only done that with some sort of sauce. Yummy, but salty... What do you use for stir fry flavoring?

Staley, just read your update!! I had to do progesterone and clomid for all 3 of my little stinkers, well clomid for the last two and progesterone on all 3! PM me if you have ny questions at all if it comes to that!!

A word of warning, no matter what, take the progesterone before bed. I did the clomid days 5-9, less chance of multiples than days 3-7.

DS7 just came home from school with the class "pet", a toy stuffed dog named Snowball. He looks like a cute cocker spaniel with big floppy, furry ears. :goodvibes

Snowball came with a diary that DS7 is supposed to write in every day for a week. He is to write (as Snowball) about their adventures together. Cute, huh? :)

We had that in Kindy!! We had to take pictures also and add that to the journal!! Nathan was a newborn so we had pics with baby brother, the singing bears at the mall, the Christmas lights garden at Ethel M, all kinds of fun stuff. The kids just love it!!
