Of course I suppose that limits the sort of activities one can enjoy when a 3yo is along.

You know... We had dinner kinda late tonight, then got the boys into the shower. Got them cleaned, then jammied, THEN gave them vezzert. What were we thinking?

Chocolate ice cream all over DS3's mouth and hands, chocolate ice cream all over DS7's face, plus they were giggling like maniacs the whole time, so DS7 peed his pants a bit.

Completely blowing money on shopping, however... I'm in!

Hey I spent $5 got $15 back.. woohoo, LUNCH!

Then I spent about $15 and got nothing back-- oh crap.. no lunch.

We did $5 and played until we won a bit.. cashed out and went off to explore.. or if it was gone to zero then we were done playing. $5 was an easy number to work with and not feel like it was a total waste. We compared it to going to a video arcade, $5 can last a long time on penney slots.

One down, one to go. DS7 is in bed, and I bet he crashed as soon as his head hit the pillow. He played hard during the football game, then when we got home he threw a ball around in the front yard while DH mowed the lawn, then tosssed a football around in the back, played a little hoops, and chased DH around while DS3 napped.

He came into the house just before dinner, dripping and beet red. I asked DH what happened, and he said, "Nothing. He's just been running around, that's all." WOW! Dripping!
