Thanks for the pictures Sean. I've only stopped in @ Disney's Hilton Head. Haven't stayed there yet, but it definitely looks like a relaxing place.

Sean,
I have to agree with you about HHI unless your kids play golf or you plan excursions. I have been on sailing excursions and catamaran booze cruises, done Savannah and Charleston. It is pretty much a chillin place. Hope you still had a great time!

Ophie - I'm with you - I want to try Yak & Yeti too!:thumbsup2 I think there's supposed to be a counter / quick serve area that we can hopefully try in January. Gotta eat lunch SOMEWHERE and since Expedition Everest is DS's most fav. ride now we'll probably head over there for our first park on Sat. morning!!:goodvibes I'm betting we'll be there at least thru lunchtime! Then if it's nice we can hit the pool at WL then go to MK for the evening!:cool1: (So what if we still have 2 months, 1 week and 1 day to go?! I'm Anal Annie so I have to plan out every minute NOW!)

Sean & Linda - HHI looks nice - looks like you had pretty good weather - clear blue skies anyway! I think HHI is like Duck and Nags Head (in NC) all pretty laid back do nothing kind of places. The big draw I think is in the summer to just chill on the beach all day every day... I have never been to any of them, but would like to at least TRY HHI one day for a few days....it would be a good stop-over if we ever decided to DRIVE to FL (which I don't see happening right now as long as there are airlines)!

Did you guys see that Disney had 3 resorts that made it into Conde Nast's top 50 Mainland Resorts?! The Boardwalk Inn was # 26, The Grand Floridian was # 42 and Vero Beach made the list at # 49! That's a pretty good showing for Disney I think! And DCL made # 3 out of the top 10 large ship cruiselines!:woohoo: (They did 10 "large ship" lines and "10 small ship" lines).

CamColt - I don't think I ever had that Naymi Niyami drink (what she said)...but I'm good with trying the drink of the day or a margarita or a martini or a Corona Light or a Capt. & Diet Coke or something something with vodka.....we'll figure it out!:thumbsup2 I'm not that picky - I will find something to suit me!:lmao: IF all else fails I will have that box of wine in the room!:rotfl:

really...

at this point...

my obession...
Is OUT OF CONTROL!!!

I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and Target today to "outfit" my laundry room...I need help people!!!

This is at the top of my stairs (banister to the left) and we have to move the doors out, so for now, I removed them...

Opps..I hear the "music" telling me a load is done!!!!!!!!!!!!!

looks like a great set up, bets! Now about this "music" signaling end of load? )and how come you don't answer phone?)

my phone no ring!!

It plays a little tune when the washer or dryer finished..ding ding, ding ding, ding ding

SWEET!

Bets: :laundy:

Seriously, a laundry obsession??? :confused3 I don't git it!

There are so many more fun things to obsess over......laundry, really?! :lmao:

I don't know...it is pretty fun!!

Yes..Laundry = FUN!!
Rick says just like a new car, the "fun" will wear off and Kate will be back to doing laundry!

She is sick today..no church for us..she looks like Rudolph!!

Guess I will just have to do more laundry!! :rolleyes1 Maybe my neighbors have some to do!!
TZM!! Ophie!! LAUNDRY!!! :lmao: :rotfl:

That's OK Betsy - I "get it"!:thumbsup2 Anything to get more organized and more efficient at doing the laundry! The machines are beautiful:)

If there was one thing about this house that I could change it's the laundry room! It's this little 'L' shaped space that's a laundry / mud room combination that comes in from the garage. We also keep the litter box in there....so it's a bathroom too.:lmao: I have basically "carpeted" the thing with those big commercial door mat rugs as the grooves help keep the litter from tracking out into the hallway. We're also lazy so we have a coat rack thing over the back of the door to the garage and a shoe rack thing - it is a real MESS in there! We took the door off going into the room as we left it open all of the time anyway 'cuz of the cat box and we never use the front door - we always go in & out thru the garage. It was in the way as the wall that it was ON was shorter than the door itself - so after we added the shoe rack thing (which BTW leads to a ton of scuff marks on the paint on the wall behind it) it stuck out too far around the corner. ANYWAY, I understand Betsy's obsession and the laundry room looks great!:thumbsup2

We did our laundry yesterday. Sorry. Will Kate be able to understand that computer you have for a washer and dryer. They look the like the WHOPR from War Games with Matthew Broderick.

Can they tell me where I can find a Golden Ticket or what I can do with a lifetime supply of chocolate?

nope..but they WILL tell you what % (!!) the cycle has completed, what cycle it is currently doing and how many minutes remain!!!

Very nice, Betsy! I have one load washing and one drying now, with 2 more to go today. Can I send them down? I just want you to get as much pleasure out of those new machines as possible.

Hope Kate feels better soon.

LOL, Annie! Im sure we will find something. :drinking1 The Nyami Nyami used to be this frozen drink and all I remember was it had banana and vanilla(icecream?) in it. I had read it on an online menu so the first time we went there to check out the AKL we got lunch at the Mara and brought it outside to eat, and we got Nyami Nyamis from the pool bar. They were worth the trip!

We're also lazy

:lmao:

Did Annie really just say that!? The woman who moves at 90 MPH when she sits still!?

And I am with RJ on this one. Obsessive about laundry? Guess I could use some of that particular obsession. :laundy:

So jealous the gang is going to Disneyland!

Katie - when you going again? I am thinking Valentines Day weekend. I GOTTA GO TO DISNEYLAND!:wizard: Let's make it so!
