Sue Ellen

Ophie - that guy's wife is in an alumni group of ______?? (Are you a teacher of some sort?!)
Nope, not a teacher. We're both alumni of the University of North Carolina. :teeth:

OK, so now I have to watch accuweather.com & the weatherchannel.com to keep an eye out on T.S Dean!!:sad2: Did you native Floridians hear anything ominous about this storm yet?! Should I be worried?! :rotfl:
Not native... just live here. Dumbnut is native. But she won't answer you right now. She's too busy hiding from the flying monkey. Anyway... all we've heard locally is that the storm won't even reach DR & Haiti until Sunday and at that point it'll still be 1000ish mi away. Basically all they've said is... no more major yard work (now that it's named), make sure you know where you stored your shutters last year and don't wait til the last second to buy gas. But if it hits as a hurricane while you're in WDW you'll be all set... just ask TZM.

It's almost time Annie! Yippee! Don't worry about the hurricanes. Ive been there for 2 and neither have really been a big deal. Well, last years became tropical depresison Ernesto by the time it "hit" and really fizzled out. Sure big ones can hit Orlando, but the chance is slim and Disney will take good care of you if they do.

OK Sue Ellen, that is one UGLY monkey!

you people don't know how many xanax I now need just to backread....i think i should call poison control and ask how many is too many!!!

What is with the page 2? People - what are you busy planning for trips to various Disney properties, watching the weather for hurricane warnings, dealing with kids returning to school?

Come on let's deal with what is important here.

:rotfl2:

CamColt: :thumbsup2 You will enjoy your trip. And I agree. That is one U-G-L-Y monkey!

Annie: Thanks. We are headed to Portland. Your are bound to have more fun. Do travel carefully.

RJ - you are not insane. You may be just a few steps behind Annie on the way to organized list. Christmas shopping...what is she...crazy!?

Cheri!? Cam Colt talked to Cheri!? Where? Where? Did I miss her?

DH said phone call went OK. I guess now we wait to see if he gets to talk to someone face to face.

So need to be doing laundry right now. Linden is not wanting to be put down and is doing the cat nap thing these days. Pediatrician says its the 3 month growth spurt. Arg. I say I gotta get some things done around here.

OK- welp - guess I should go do something while I let her cry it out for a few minutes.

:teacher: Back to school night tonight.:woohoo: Yay. Can't wait.:headache:

Neil conveniently has a haircut appointment.

Well, last load of catch-up laundry is in the dryer & all of the plants are watered & the suitcases are all but zipped up (hope we don't weigh toooooo much)! Giving the pussycats some last minute luvin'. Buzz smells good. :confused3 That's a bit odd...hummm. Wonder what he's been doin'?!

Got Group A on our Southwest flights this am  First time we're using them...wonder when they'll release their dates beyond Jan. 11?! Hope checkin for our return flts go as smooth since we won't have a printer...any of you ever use them & not be able to print your boarding passes? Is that a problem?

OK, gonna go eat some dinner & then start showers - maybe will check in B4 bed. Gotta leave home BY 5:00 am to drive to Baltimore so want to be tucked in no later than 10:00! If I don't make it back on tonite I'm sure I'll get a chance to use DH's laptop sometime to check in this week...

:thumbsup2  :woohoo:

Have a great trip Annie!!!

please do check in if you are able :)

Do check in when you can, Annie! Why do we love to be tortured from WDW like we do. Maybe we get the "being there by association" vibes? :confused3
But have a great time.

Geez Johnna, you are certainly busy. Good luck at back to school night. We just recently found out we have a new principal this year (our old one took a last minute job in another city),so we have a meet the principal night in a couple weeks, which should be interesting. And LOL! You don't want to know what me and Cheri talked about. :cool2: :rolleyes1

Glad you are back Betsy...ease yourself back in. ;)

I have a funny for you all. I'm listening to a bloopers type show while I work here. It's like Most Outrageous Moments or something or other. So there is a clip from Family Fued and the host asks "Name something you feel before you buy it?" The genius rings in and says "Excited!" I am :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

Annie have a great trip!

:yay: Hi RJ & Katie!

Survived back to school night. Finishing up laundry and laying our clothes. Girls are asleep and I am on my way to bed.

Flying SW ourselves. Annie - if you cannot print out your boarding pass you can use the kiosk at the airport when you get there for your return flight. Usually you will be no lower than a B - if you have a child under 5 you can preboard:banana: so it does not matter which group you are in. Sometimes you can convince conceirge to print those boarding passes out for you.

Anybody need anything from Portland? What is in Portland anyways? What comes from there? hhmmm...gonna have to investigate.

Keep your fingers crossed for me!

How exactly does one preboard? You get on before you get on? :confused3

"We would like to preboard those passengers travelling with small children."

What about those passengers travelling with large children? What if your 2 year old has a pituitary disorder?

Oh look, Billy Blanks! ----> :yay:

Morning!!

Beano..stop picking on the hormonal new mother..she might open a can of whoop a$$ on you!!
