DIS Dads The DIS Dad's Club

We are the opposite, we do all our own work. We built our house, my workshop, my inlaws camp and a sugar house for making our own maple syrup. We are not carpenters, but I think they came out quite well. I am a Toyota Master Tech. by trade. I am also building a street rod. It is a 1929 Ford Model A Tudor.

Thats the funny thing I have built motorcycles from the frame up when I was very young. Have always done my own work when I raced them and Jetskis as well. I of corse do all my own Gun Work on our paintball guns . But when it comes to painting and wood I think I'm just lazy. Now I did do the TINK ROOM in my Sig for DD and that turned out OK and still looks good ( well minus the stuff we have since removed)

Would love to do an Old classic rebuild like your but maybe a truck.


and...well you get the idea...we'll be hard to miss.

Are you there for the 4th of July Parade? We rented a cart and plan to be in the parade.

I may have to try to head over . We will be doing MK on the 3rd and a down day and Epcot for the 4th then we move from BWV to AKV on the 5th.

I'm also going to try to hit the Segway tour over that way ( The Fort) as well sometime but just can't seem to fit it in right now time wise. I have then time just don't know when would be the best time to use it. Depends on if DD takes a friend this year.

Can u tell me how too add the goofy to my signature?

Just Right click mine > Properties and copy the entire line.

Then just add that to your Sig in the user CP. look below on how to configure the IMG's to make it show and fix your other one as well.

Also for that Image your trying to put in your Sig now you need

on the back of the string for it to show.

Or just click on the framed mountian at the top of te Post box and that will put the IMG's in for you . You just need to dd your URL to the pop-up box.

you must have

at the end of it. Same for the Canadian piece...yours had url at the end...I took that out and added the [/img] and it showed up again...

Anyway, sorry for posting a little "late", but we've been travelling around visiting Grandparents and such after my desert "vacation"

I'm going to try to put a fish in the boat today sometime...and unfortunately get ready to leave for 5 months again (just to Quantico, Virginina--at least I can come home on weekends ) All for the best I guess I'm gonna' miss having the baby sleep on my chest in the mornings

And I missed the marathon yesterday darn it, I didn't catch that it was going to be on....DARN!

Edit, Okay why can't my computer illiterate self get the Dis Dad's Club logo to work in my siggy??

Hope you catch something!!! At least you'll be stateside, and if going home on weekends is possible - then YAY for you. And unless something's going on at Quantico that hasn't made the news - you won't have those nightly alarms like you did in the desert! I have an uncle who was stationed at Quantico back in the '60s... and a friend from high school married a guy who was then transferred to Q! I'm sure you've enjoyed being with your DW and DS and it will be difficult to leave, but those 5 mos will probably go "faster" than when you were 1/2 way around the world - no?

Thanks for the invite, I am a new dad of 8 days now, and was invited over ot join the club, i read few of the criteria, and I founds some that i qualify for, but have not checked themall yet...I will and let you know how many that i fit under.
