I'd like to join the club! I've been to Disney and am going back in December to stay at the Contempo for the first time. I was even lucky to get an MK view!! I totally fall into all the criteria. I'm even luck enough to have an HM 13 clock keeping time in my office. Does anybody remember the small attraction postcards Costco gave out for the 50th? I have them framed and on the walls in my office. See everyone later on the boards!!

I've got them all on my Disney shelf in my office... I have a huge 4 shelf bookshelf just COVERED with Disney stuff, and those are there... I'll have to take a photo this week to share what I look at every time I'm in the office... it definitely helps pass the day!

Have a great Sunday guys... have to go get the household moving for church, but wanted to stop in and say hi. Spent yesterday watching DS playing soccer, then went to downtown Indy with the fam for a fun afternoon and dinner - haven't been downtown in more than a year, so it was a nice change of pace. Hey guys those of you wondering about the DVC resorts have you looked into renting Points from a member and staying that way.

We have done all the Values,almost all the Mods and now with DVC hitting all of those as well.

We have no problem going back to a Mod for a short weekend trip to save our points but will also look into getting points from another member as well.

It a Risk in that you really have to put some trust into someone you don't know but for the price well worth it .Current rentals from $10 -13 per point you could stay at Studio for under $100 a night during the week ( Sun -Thur)and about 2X that much for the Weekends but the Entire Week still works out very reasonable for what you get.

I have been trying to rent points but have been unsuccessful. But I will continue to try.

One of our dads, HolidayRoad is in WDW right now. Stopher1 has started a fun thread on the Theme Parks Community board called Right Now in WDW and I checked HolidayRoad's pre-trip blog and he is in the MK today. So for a little fun I am going to say:

In case any one is planning a trip, here is some flight info I came across this weekend.

We just booked 5 round trip tickets, on Air Trans from Pitt. PA to Orlando MCO. Leaving on 10/28 returning 11/3, direct flights both ways. For a total $855.00 ($171.00/ea) that includes taxs and fees.

Countdown widget say we have 190 days 12 hrs and 1 minute left.
I wish it said 0 days 12 hrs and 1 minute.

Thanks for all the great info. Never knew there were options like that out there... What about resorts like the Grand Floridian and the Polynesian (sp.)??? I know those aren't the most expensive out there, I don't think. But the rooms look great and the scenery/enviroment is nice...

booked the airfare...Southwest out of PIT...10% off sale ends tomorrow. Add the savings I get on gas ($1.70/gal) when I bought SW gift cards at Giant Eagle! Lv PIT 8/23 at 710A direct to MCO. Return 8/27 lvs MCO at 730P. Just in time for school to start the next day!!!!!

All I need now are my DVC points...please Mickey...help get my points in the system!

I am hoping my daughter holds off until at least Wednesday we have contractors working at the house tomorrow, and I have 2 important meetings on Tuesday, good deals for me.

oh how I remember those days! Our first two were born on the 19th and DW was sooo hoping number 3 would hold out until the 19th...he couldn't last and dropped in on the 14th! Hope your timing works out...we'll be eagerly awaiting little cc's arrival!

There was a guy I went to school with, he and his wife had 7 children, all seven were born on the 4th of the month, two share Oct. 4th(different years), the other 5 on different months, but all on the 4th of the month. When child #6 was born, this couple made the local news, they THOUGHT that was going to be the last child, but surprise #7 came along two years later.......
