Did you get a chance to look at Fox Chase? If not try to look at that for next year. Nice little course in Amish Country. One of these days we will have to try to meet up for a MD, PA, DE and VA Dis dads day. There is enough of us to make it work.
you said fox chase is at rt222 and the turnpike? ill have to go for a ride one day to check it out. i had to of driven by it, we go on rt222 to rt100 on the way home. i always get messed up in that area, it always seams we dont come home the same way we went. some how on the way down, we are on 4 lane highways, and on the way home i drive into small towns. i must not take a bypass some how on the way home.so much for the garmin!!

Hello DIS Dads:

I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter, as my weekend starts now. It is only 45 days until my family is at WDW. I cannot wait. Take care.

Can I join?

My wife thinks I'm crazy...but she does like to go to WDW.

We took our 18 month old last month and he LOVED IT!
Looks at the Birnbaum Guide every day, and the photo album I put together for him.
I am looking for more books for him to thumb thru!

and yes,I teared up almost every day we were there watching him have a blast!!!!

Thanks everyone for the advice given to me. There were alot of good suggestions that I will mull over for awhile. I was looking into the Coral Reef but heard some bad reviews. Has anyone had any positive experiences?

Hi Luckydad3
Well on our last trip Oct 08 5 of us had lunch at Coral Reef. Now I really enjoyed my lunch Grilled Mahi Mahi however the other 4 gave the food a alright rating. Everyone agrees that the service was good. Our waiter was one of the best we have had at WDW.

Take 222 North towards Reading. Get off at the exit for the PA Turnpike. Make a left at the end of the exit ramp and head towards 272. Make a left on 272 and drive 1.7 miles to W. Church Street. make a right onto W. Church and drive 0.2 miles to Stevens Road. Make a left onto Stevens Road and travel 0.6 miles and Fox Chase is on the right. It is a really nice links style course.

Oh yeah! 17 days and a wake call... I'm getting my happy dance on :cool1::yay::dance3::yay::cool1:

Looks like we are going to give SeaWorld a visit this year. We bought Platinum Year Passes to Busch Gardens Williamsburg this year, so we thought we'd use it to get into the SeaWorld in Orlando. Never been to this one... went to the one in Aurora, OH way back in the 80's (I'm originally from Canton, OH). And this will be DD's first experience at a place like SeaWorld. The only thing I'm bummed about is the fact that Manta isn't going to be ready by the time we get there! Sounds like a fun ride to me!

Speaking of SeaWorld... have any of you stayed on-site and tried to get to SeaWorld using public transportation? If so, what did you use and how was the experience/cost?

I never used the public transportation to go outside Disney but I have used it on-site to get to the Contemporary early one morning for a fishing trip. It worked out good. The front desk arranged the whole thing. I was told there are only one or two taxi company's that Disney recommends. Sounds like a great time. You will have to tell me about it while we are sitting around the pool at CSR!!!!

Only 18 more days!!!!!!!!:banana::banana:

Interesting thread if you haven't seen it already:

To all the Husbands...

The thread got me thinking last night... being Easter and all... you have to ask yourself... "Are you holy?" :rotfl:
