Hello Dis Dad's:

I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that my family is in the process of moving into a bigger house, contingent if our current house sells. So if we get the bigger house, more Disney stuff we can put in it.

The bad news is that we might have to cancel our WDW trip this winter, and we will not be able to make it until next Spring. I think I might have withdrawal symptoms.

Good luck with the sale of your house it is a great time to make a move if you are in a good position in your current house.

Sorry to hear about that you might have to cancel your trip but WDW is not going anywhere it will be there when you are ready.

Going down to WDW driving from New Jersey. Need some luck going dowm 3 kids DD 11, DS 7, DD 5 my wife had to back out of the trip. She had signed up for a nursing school and thought it was starting in Sept. But it started on Tue. we found out to late to cancell the trip. My Farther will take the trip with us to help with the kids . All 3 are so
But I am kind of This is a 2 week trip and not to happy that my wife will not be with us. I'm so proud of her going to school. I know WDW will be there for her the next time we own DVC. Just don't now how I will get by with out my rock , My lovely wife , My best friend , My kids Mommy. Hope all goes well.

I feel for you. On one had your going to Disney On the other hand your are minus one of your crew

My DW is an RN and we sacrificed a lot while she was in nursing school. It was all worth it. She has a secure job future and does very well.

I can't imagine going to the World without DW. I would miss her and would probably feel like she would be home thinking about what a great time we were having the whole time.

Besides that, I feel like I have no clue what I'm doing when it comes to raising three daughters. We'd probably never make it out of the hotel room. She is the one who really keeps everything running as smoothly as it does. I just don't tell her enough how much I appreciate her.

Have a lot of fun and buy her something nice while you're there!

Sorry to hear that the wife isn't able to make it. I too live in NJ and I can't fathom driving with our 3 kids, let alone without the wife to play interference. Good luck and enjoy yourself.

GOOD LUCK take your time in the parks and let the kids decide the rides an shows on there own and maybe an after noon breack and come back for the fireworks maybe this well help...you probably already know.

In my cause Im going off in Oct with my college fraternity buddies from 25 years ago to DLR Sea World Universal Studios SD Zoo in California the fall...should be a blast if the flight goes well with no lay overs

wow!! thats cool. there was some lady who sold a frosted flake on ebay that looked like one of the states. the frosted flake was about the size of a half dollar. i think she got 2k for it!! now you have to try to preserve it some how w/out destroying it.

hay padisfam2, any pictures of the stroller yet?

All though it is now fully functional, it is not finished. I have been working on stripping wall paper and painting the last couple of weeks.

I am trying to find a battery pack for the lighting. Our trip is in October so I still have a lot of time.

DW can't wait to post the pics, I told her she had to wait till it was completely done.
