3D TV's...I forsee a future similar to "The Jerk" and everyone will be cross-eyed.

Well, I for one, am looking forward to Tuner Classic Movies version of "Valley of the Dolls" in 3D.

The 3D leaves me a bit flat as well. It’s cool when well used, but annoying when over used and down right criminal when it acts as a substitute for a decent story line or any kind of engaging dialogue.

As for the Gnome movie, they’ll be showing that one on the Dream in June (along with POTC4 and Cars2, so I’ll catch all of ‘em there.



There’s a similar thread on the photography board that I like to follow. If you start another one here, I’d certainly follow along.

That's because everyone assumed that since it was a link from you, it must have been a virus.

No really though, it seems like anything you actually would want to click on FB always gets buried somewhere. All that is ever at the top of the front page on FB is usually stuff that I don't care about like 8 or 10 random pictures and status updates from someone I went to HS with but haven't talked to in 5 or 6 years.

first, subscribe to the thread. then when it pops up into your user cp, click that blue down arrow (like this upside down ^ ) that shows up at the start of the thread name. jumps you to the last post you read.

I had been subscribed, I just never noticed that little boxed arrow thinggy.

Actually if you just goto the DIS Dads forum level and look at all of the bolded Threads...you can click the same little arrow thingy...

Actually I "right-click" the arrow thingy and "Open in a New Window or Tab."

Well, sitting at work watching the news on TV... storm cell putting down baseball size hail with 2 rotation areas is just a few minutes away. If I disappear, I'll be hiding in the safe that's about 20 feet from my desk.

Funny story...I really didn't feel like unplugging the old 2nd phone and plugging in the new one...DS16 was walking past the door...I said

"Hey Boy...com'er."
"What"
"Bend down the and unplug that...and plug in this"
While doing what I asked...he said..."you feeling too old to get down here"
"No...just didn't feel like doing it...and you were handy."
