Clearly a plum assignment! :thumbsup2

Morning guys! Awoken at 5 by the son who noticed that the new dog had diarrhea on the rug outside our bedrooms upstairs. Joys of dog ownership... Any tips?

FYI, in the Disney theme, we named the dog Happy (yes, after the dwarf)
Hmmm... can it be an "outside at night" dog? Or put a dog bed in the garage?

Are you sure its the cold? Or lioke the rest of us, are you just so excited about of recieveing our own sub forum that you just can not sleep?
Yeah, maybe that's what it was. :lmao:

There will be no Peace between Us, You, from the House of Steelers and I, from the House of Ravens! Let the Heavens Ring with Our Nemesisisisisis! For Now and Forever I Declare this to be True! That was a real nice 1,000 post Carl.

Don, would you please be so kind as to update page 1 with Carl's and my new relationship? :cool2:

Done :thumbsup2 <=== Thumb

You could swipe facebooks relationship status.
In a relationship...it's complicated.

:lmao::lmao::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl::rotfl: Oh this had me rolling!

I have been told that Speeches, Memos, and Meetings should be like a miniskirt... Long enough to cover the subject and short enough to keep it interesting.

Congrats Carl!

I have never heard this before! I like it... and will keep it in the memory bank for future use ;)

So I'm just chilling on the disboards at a little after midnight, waiting for my wife to empty my rock tumbler and show my what the tumbled rocks look like on skype. Ahh technology..enabling our inner child since 1999.

Three comments for this post:
1: Rock tumblers are cool. Hope they came out nice and shiny!
2: Hopefully you weren't using the clothes drier as the tumbler... like my DD :lmao:
3: Did you hear Microsoft finally closed the deal to buy Skype? Wonder what impact this will have on the product.....

:thumbsup2 <====You get double barreled "not a thumb" ====>:thumbsup2

:rotfl2::rotfl2: Double barreled! :lmao::lmao: For some reason I had an image of you as Yosemite Sam and Norm as Bugs Bunny... "Now say your prayers!" :lmao:

I keep throwiing out bottles as I have no where to store them between the brewing process. Otherwise, I'd be happy to talk both Homebrewing & Disney.

I did a brew your own beer thing once; It was a lot of fun until I had to take 144 bottles of beer home (and keep refrigerated)... Even with how much I consume that was an absurd amount!

Big thunderboomer storm over our county...maybe I shouldn't be on the computer....

...eh, what the heck. :surfweb:

If it keeps up the way it is now, the only football happening this fall will be fantasy. :lmao:

[RANT] Can someone explain to me what kind of stupidity test you need to pass to become an "administrative assistant"?! Does it involving removing part of your brain? Seems to be the only explanation I can think of to explain the level of performance. And why can't I fire anyone? Is everyone protected somehow? And when did "single mom" become a badge of honor? Aren't you just divorced? Why "single mom"? [/RANT]

Phew. Feel much better now.

awwwww....
Umm yeah you guys are bad at that whole nemisis thing. You should be using a sleeper hold smiley.

I was just thinking, there is 1 ride I never did, and will never do at WDW:confused3

Ownage 2 pages in a row
So what was it.

1. Buy a steam cleaner.
2. Do not let anything that comes out of the dog sit on your carpet for too long.
3. Whenever you hear the dog making strange noises get it to a tile floor. The give off warning sounds like the ROUS before the spew.

What? You don't like sucking exhaust while repeatedly being slammed against a railing?:confused3:confused3
I'm guessing this is when your kids are driving or has driving the supervan given you a mad case of over steer.

1.Rock tumblers are awesome. I always wanted one and never had one as a kid. DW got me one for this Christmas.
2.Was still only on the smoothing stage. They looked smooth its on to polishing them when I get home.
4. Given my professional experience as an ex MSFT-ie I'd wager money i-chat and AIM both just got more valuable. Microsoft will use this as an opportunity to re-engineer MSN Messenger and Skype and destroy them both in the process.

Hmmm maybe anybody that doesn't pass the aforementioned test winds up getting promoted out of that position. Only the "winners" stay. That being said I've worked with some great people in those positions. I've never had an AA at all but some colleagues have.

DW and I had a conversation about the "single mom"/"single parent" thing recently. What a different world we live in compared to what we grew up in. She's the PTA president and is very involved at the school. She sees the differences between kids who have both parents and those who have only one or are in a divorced family. It's no wonder our school systems have so many issues to deal with. Don't get me started on how the TV shows are glamorizing gay relationships and putting down marriages. Grey's Anatomy nearly had me to the point where I was going to throw my remote at the TV! :headache:

Thought I'd post a random photo this morning.

After I saw Stopher's post in the last thread of the golf course lawnmower, I thought I'd post one of a "lawnmower" that was a little bit bigger. :lmao:
I was out mowing the hillside by the house yesterday evening and stopped for a quick pic. The lake in the background, is actually where there should be some corn standing right now. The dark area going up towards the top of the pic was all under water as of this weekend, so it is at least receeding, but still nowhere near ready to plant. It was kind of depressing when I saw ducks swimming in the middle of the field while I was mowing. Usually my only close encounters with wildlife while I'm mowing by the woods is deer.

Now we know the secret to getting your own sub-forum established:

Post 150 pages of mindless nothingness in a single day! :lmao:

But then again, having a heck of a good time doing it is an added bonus. That was fun. :thumbsup2
We’ll have to do it again some time (but not too soon if you please).

OK… I'm off to explore the new realm... Let’s see what kind of mischief I can get into now. :stir:

I keep throwiing out bottles as I have no where to store them between the brewing process. Otherwise, I'd be happy to talk both Homebrewing & Disney.

And, I realize I haven't done Tomorrowland Speedway, either.
(Or Soarin'... Shhhh..)

My wife keeps making me give away cases of bottles. There's only 11 cases of them in the basement. I mean come on!

And good morning to all the DIS Dads.

Cheers,
Indy

I hope The Disney Fanatic is happy with what he started. We sure have come a long way.

Yes we have! :thumbsup2

That's why I stick with NCIS or the Amazing Race! And isn't Grey's Anatomy on ABC (i.e. a Disney channel?)...

This is my great fear. I'm most worried that they'll insist on re-engineering the code (I hear rumors that the Skype source code is rather a mess as it is) and force it into a MSFT framework like DOT.NET, which doesn't run well (if at all) on non-MSFT platforms.
