We've officially moved into Spring mode at home, which means soccer, soccer, soccer practice, swimming, birthdays etc. Busy weekend standing around in cold places. Fun, fun, fun.

It's completely different at our place. Spring means baseball, baseball, baseball practice, and t-ball. See? Completely different.

On the Magic Express!

Made it safely to MCO. We only were supposed to have a 60 minute layover at BWI, but of course we were late, so only had 45 min. Fortunately, our gates were literally next to each other with a nearby subway so we could even grab a quick lunch. Magic Express line was short, & we're already moving. I know that the crowds will hit soon, but I'll happily take this so far!

Weather: Warm (80), & party cloudy. A beautiful day!

Next stop, BLT! (after the ME stops at the Poly & GF...).

Have a nice afternoon guys!

:woohoo::cool1:

(Trying not to be jealous...)

I've traditionally stuck with Starbucks...straight black, hair on your chest, coffee.

How about that Irish Coffee? Yeah, cause I like my coffee like I like my women --- filled with booze. (Comedian Auggie Smith)

Remember guys, Mother's Day is less than a month away. Make sure your kids do something nice for the most important girl in their lives.

I bought my wife a AAA membership. I know it's not the most romantic thing, but it's safety and security for her. And, I renew it for her each year for Mother's Day.

Don, update the nemesis page :lmao: It looks like we have ourselves a little Indiana vs. Kentucky. :rotfl2:

Don, nemesis status confirmed. Would you please add my TR to the 1st page (link in signature).

To my new nemesis, Hoosier theduck, I'll try to slow down and meet you half way in this battle of wits. See, that's a joke. You're a half-wit. I thought I may need to spell it out for you.

Congrats! It is NOT easy. I tried just about every form of cessation program or product and nothing worked for me. One day I just said "I quit"... and never picked up another one. Cold turkey. Still get an urge every once in a while.

Impressive. I used the gum. But, I also used Kodiak. I still get cravings to this day (for Kodiak), not for cigarettes.

KY born and raised. Actually, I would like to move to FL, but DW wants to live here close to her parents. It seems that women tend to live in the state where they were raised, graduated from college, or near their parents. I need to figure out this move right before college admission to have a good chance. But, I don't have twins. Hmm....

I would love to move to FL as well, same situation we have family that would be hard to be too far from at their age.

Lucky… Y’all have a great time and try not to rub it in too much.

Aw heck, go ahead and rub it in all you want. We can live vicariously through your experiences until we get down that way ourselves.

Woohooo!! Boss is letting me leave early.....:thumbsup2 :cool1: :thumbsup2

I'll be sure to check in when I can!

Take care guys!

Win! Have a safe drive down and a great trip all around.

(Trying not to be jealous...)

How’s that working for ya’…

Yah, not so good for me either. :lmao:

This little boarder war should be rather entertaining. :rotfl2:

No, donkeys did not just sprout wings... but I did update my Trip Report with a new chapter.

A few more chapters and it will be finished! I hope to get a chance to work on it a little this weekend.

The rumors of fire and brimstone being replaced by glaciers has been extremely exaggerated. :rotfl:

Which state has better basketball?? :confused3:surfweb:popcorn:::rolleyes1

We've got the local FOX channel on here at work for their 4 o'clock news. They just did a report about a cologne called bacon that smells like... well I don't think I need to explain the rest.:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

A better scent might be "Shoe Store", it attracts women and makes them want to linger around you, while giving every man nearby the urge to yawn and sit down.

did someone say fart!:woohoo:

So…just to update: Toilet talk yesterday to car talk this morning interspersed with travel/bacon talk and now to flatulence or is that one in the same with car talk? I think we came full circle gentlemen!

Greg,
You ride out the storm ok last night?

yeah, it wasn't much of a storm just winds blowing around 30-40mph. we are pushing some empty barges and when the wind blow above 20 it gets tough to keep them off of the bank.

But we have made it to our dock are are loading for another trip to Mobile.

over sleep this morning mike?:lmao:

Nah, I was on the boards briefly around 5:00. I've been splitting time between here, FB, NavyDads, YouTube and a couple other sites More rain tomorrow, Dave. :confused3

Yup. Evidentially, a Toto can flush a live chicken.

As you would put it, "Pics or it didn't happen"! :thumbsup2

Seems like we have had a few myths discussed here lately........................
Thinking...........................................................................................

A DisDad's myth show? :confused3:confused3:scared1:

I'd do it but I was told there are two bad things for a septic system:
Kitchen grease and live chickens! :rotfl2:

Glad you are all right. A co-worker said in his town 7 people got killed by falling trees. Luckily his wife is okay.

Here in Texas, they are talking about upping the speed limits to 85mph. I imagine they are talking about the major highways outside the city limits. It seems most people drive around 85 in the currently posted 70mph zones anyway, because I will be riding at 76 or so in the right lane, and get passed like I am an old lady.

Heard about this the other day on the radio. Maybe they should just make the speed limit heavy dust :cool1:

Wow, I can't even begin to catch up on all this chatter! Let the record show that the state employee was actually doing work on this fine Friday. :rot

So did this state employee.

Not even close: North Carolina :worship:

Another interesting day at the school yard today. Kindergarten registration was today :scared1: Add to that, this was our last day before spring break. So glad to have a week to get some things done around the house and to maybe have some quiet time at school with no one knocking or waiting outside of my door. Hope that ya'll have a great weekend and that the impending east coast storms fizzle out on everyone.

ETA: Have a quick question. Our Norton antivirus is coming up for renewal in the next month or so. Do any of you have recommendations for something that will do the job that Norton has done but for a cheaper price or even a free download?? I feel like Norton totally bogs down our computer, especially when it is doing a scan. I downloaded AVG for the kids computers, mainly because we didn't do any kind of money dealings on their computers, and it seems to have worked very well, but I'm leery about doing AVG on our computer because we do a lot of financial stuff on it. Suggestions?? Would the AVG work for us as well?? All opinions are welcome.
